본 발명의 자동차운전 해석진단장치는, 자동차의 주행속도를 검출하는 주행속도 검출수단과, 전기한 자동차의 가속기 조작을 검출하는 가속기조작 검출수단과, 전기한 자동차의 제동기 조작을 검출하는 제동기조작 검출수단과, 전기한 주행속도 검출수단에 의해 검출된 주행속도신호와 전기한 가속기조작 검출수단에 의해 검출된 가속도 조작신호와 전기한 제동조작검출수단에 의해 검출된 제공조작신호를 해석하여 운전자의 운전상태를 나타내는 소정의 해석신호를 생성하는 검출신호해석부와, 전기한 검출신호해석부에 의해 생성된 소정의 해석신호가 일정한 운전시간 중에서 소정의 위험판정조건을 만족하는 위험운전시간을 계수하고 전기한 일정한 운전시간 중에서 전기한 검출신호해석부에 의해 생성된 해석신호의 최대값을 검출하는 위험운전시간 계수부와, 전기한 일정한 운전시간에 대한 전기한 위험운전시간의 비율과 해석신호의 최대값에 기초해서 운전자의 운전을 진단하는 운전진단부로 구성되므로, 자동차의 운전상태를 상세하게 파악하여 운전자의 운전패턴을 정확하게 해석진단할 수가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 한 가지 실시예에 의한 자동차운전 해석진단장치의 블록도, 제2도는 제1도의 실시예에 의한 자동차운전 해석진단장치의 검출신호해석부를 상세하게 나타내는 블록도, 제3도는 제1도의 실시예에 의한 자동차운전 해석진단장치의 위험운전 시간계수부를 상세하게 나타내는 블록도.

Claims (6)

  1. 자동차의 주행속도와 가속기조작과 제동기조작을 검출하고, 검출된 주행속도신호(S)가 가속기조작신호(R)와 제동기조작신호(B)를 해석하여 운전자의 운전상태를 나타내는 소정의 해석신호를 생성하고, 일정한 운전시간 중에서 전기한 소정의 해석신호가 소정의 위험판정조건을 만족하는 위험운전시간을 계수해서, 전기한 일정한 운전시간에 대한 전기한 위험운전시간의 비율에 기초하여 운전자의 운전을 진단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차운전 해석진단방법.
  2. 자동차의 주행속도와 가속기조작과 제동기조작을 검출하고, 검출된 주행속도신호(S)가 가속기조작신호(R)와 제동기조작신호(B)를 해석하여 운전자의 운전상태를 나타내는 소정의 해석신호를 생성하고, 일정한 운전시간중에서 전기한 소정의 해석신호가 소정의 위험판정조건을 만족하는 위험운전시간을 계수하고, 일정한 운전시간에서 전기한 해석신호의 최대값을 검출해서, 전기한 일정한 운전시간에 대한 전기한 위험운전시간의 비율과 전기한 해석신호의 최대값에 기초하여 운전자의 운전을 진단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차운전 해석진단방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 주행속도신호와 전기한 가속기조작신호와 전기한 제동기조작신호를 각각 미분해서 주행속도 미분신호(Sder)와 가속기조작 미분신호(Rder)와 제동기조작 미분신호(Bder)를 생성하고, 전기한 가속기조작 미분신호와 전기한 제동기조작 미분신호에 기초해서 운전자의 운전에 있어서 제동기조작의 긴급도를 나타내는 제동긴급도신호(RBder)를 생성하고, 전기한 주행속도 미분신호와 전기한 가속기조작 미분신호에 기초해서 운전자의 운전거칠기를 나타내는 운전거칠기신호(SRder)를 생성하고, 전기한 가속기조작신호와 전기한 제동긴급신호와 전기한 주행속도 미분신호와 전기한 가속기조작 미분신호와 전기한 운전거칠기신호를 전기한 소정의 해석신호로서 생성하고, 전기한 가속기조작신호가 소정값을 초과한 시간과 전기한 제동긴급도신호가 소정값을 초과한 시간과, 전기한 주행속도 미분신호의 정의 값의 소정값을 초과한 시간과, 전기한 주행속도 미분신호의 부의 값의 절대값이 소정값을 초과한 시간과, 전기한 가속기조작 미분신호가 소정값을 초과한 시간과, 전기한 운전거칠기신호가 소정값을 초과한 시간을 전기한 위험운전시간으로서 계수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동운전 해석진단방법.
  4. 자동차의 주행속도를 검출하는 주행속도 검출수단(10)과, 전기한 자동차의 가속기조작을 검출하는 가속기조작 검출수단(12)과, 전기한 자동차의 제동기조작을 검출하는 제동기조작 검출수단(14)과, 전기한 주행속도 검수단에 의해 검출된 가속조작신호와 전기한 가속기조작 검출수단에 의해 검출된 가속조작신호와 전기한 제동조작 검출수단에 의해 검출된 제동조작신호를 해석하여 운전자의 운전상태를 나타내는 소정의 해석신호를 생성하는 검출신호해석부(16)와, 전기한 검출신호해석부에 의해 생성된 소정의 해석신호가 일정한 운전시간 중에서 소정의 위험판정조건을 만족하는 위험운전시간을 계수하는 위험운전시간계수부(50)와, 전기한 일정한 운전시간에 대한 전기한 위험운전시간의 비율에 기초해서 운전자의 운전을 진단하는 운전진단부(66)를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차운전 해석진단장치.
  5. 자동차의 주행속도를 검출하는 주행속도 검출수단(10)과, 전기한 자동차의 가속기조작을 검출하는 가속기조작 검출수단(12)과, 전기한 자동차의 제동기조작을 검출하는 제동기조작 검출수단(14)과, 전기한 주행속도 검출수단 의해 검출된 주행속도신호와 전기한 가속기조작 검출수단에 의해 검출된 가속조작신호와 전기한 제동조작 검출수단에 의해 검출된 제동조작신호를 해석하여 운전자의 운전상태를 나타내는 소정의 해석신호를 생성하는 검출신호해석부(16)와, 전기한 검출신호해석부에 의해 생성된 소정의 해석신호가 일정한 운전시간 중에서 소정의 위험판정조건을 만족하는 위험운전시간을 계수하고 전기한 일정한 운전시간 중에서 전기한 검출신호해석부에 의해 생성된 해석신호의 최대값을 검출하는 위험운전시간계수부(50)와, 전기한 일정한 운전시간에 대한 전기한 위험운전시간의 비율과 최대값에 기초해서 운전자의 운전을 진단하는 운전진단부(66)를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차운전 해석진단장치.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 전기한 검출신호해석부(16)는, 전기한 주행속도신호와 전기한 가속기조작신호의 전기한 제동기조작신호를 각각 미분하여 주행속도 미분신호와 가속기조작 미분신호와 제동기조작 미분신호를 생성하는 신호미분수단(20)(24)(28)과, 전기한 가속기조작 미분신호와 전기한 제동기조작 미분신호에 기초하여 운전자의 운전에 있어서 제동긴급도를 나타내는 제동기긴급도신호를 생성하는 제동긴급도신호 생성수단(34)과, 전기한 주행속도 미분신호와 전기한 가속기조작 미분신호에 기초하여 운전자의 운전거칠기를 나타내는 운전거칠기신호를 생성하는 운전거칠기신호 생성수단(32)을 보유해서, 전기한 가속기조작신호와 전기한 제동긴급도신호와 전기한 주행속도 미분신호와 전기한 가속기조작 미분신호와 전기한 운전거칠기신호를 전기한 소정의 해석신호로서 생성하고, 전기한 위험운전시간계수부(50)는, 전기한 가속기조작신호가 소정값을 초과한 시간과, 전기한 제동긴급도신호가 소정값을 초과한 시간과, 전기한 주행속도 미분신호의 정의 값의 소정값을 초과한 시간과, 전기한 주행속도 미분신호의 정의 값의 소정값을 초과한 시간과, 전기한 가속기조작 미분신호가 소정값을 초과한 시간과, 전기한 운전거칠기신호가 소정값을 초과한 시간을 전기한 위험운전시간으로서 계수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차운전 해석진단장치.
