강판 표면에 용융 아연 도금을 실시한 후에 스킨패스 압연을 실시한 강판에 있어서, 도금층의 3차원 평균 표면조도가 0.7㎛이하, 1.4㎛이상이고, 또한 다음 식(1)으로 정의되는 표면 조도의 진폭 확률 분포의 왜도 S가 0.1이상, -0.3이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 금형 슬라이딩 운동성이 뛰어난 용융 아연 도금 강판.
단 μ3: 진폭 확률 밀도의 3차 모멘트, σ : 진폭 확률 밀도의 표준 편차.

프레스 금형 슬라이딩 운동성이 뛰어난 아연 도금 강판

제1도는 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판에 있어서, 3차원 평균 표면 조도와 마찰계수와의 관계를 나타낸다.
제2도는 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판에 있어서, 진폭 확률 분포의 왜도(歪度)와 한계 죄임비와의 관계를 나타낸다.
제3도는 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판에 있어서, 도금층이 Fe 함유율과 한계 죄입비와의 관계를 나타낸다.

Claims (3)

  1. 강판 표면에 용융 아연 도금을 실시한 후에 스킨패스 압연을 실시한 강판에 있어서, 도금층의 3차원 평균표면 조도가 0.7㎛이하, 1.4㎛이상이고, 또한 다음 식(1)으로 정의되는 표면 조도의 진폭 확률 분포의 왜도 S가 0.1이상, -0.3이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 금형 슬라이딩 운동성이 뛰어난 용융 아연 도금 강판.
    단 μ3: 진폭 확률 밀도의 3차 모멘트, σ : 진폭 확률 밀도의 표준 편차.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융 아연 도금이 합금화 용융 아연 도금인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 금형 슬라이딩 운동성이 뛰어난 용융 아연 도금 강판.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 도금층 중의 철 함유율이 7.0wt%이상, 12.0wt%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 금형 슬라이딩 운동성이 뛰어난 용융 아연 도금 강판.
