저 철손 방향성 전자강판의 제조방법

제1도는 철손의 개선대에 미치는 강판의 표면 평균 조도와 홈 깊이와의 관계를 나타낸 그래프이다.
제2도는 에칭 레지스트 두께와 제품의 철손 W17/50(w/kg)과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 최종냉간 압연을 실시한 판두께 0.27㎜이하의 방향성 전자강판 소재에, 압연방향과 직각방향으로 30°이내의 방향으로 하기식을 만족하는 깊이의 선상의 홈을 강판 표면에 국소적으로 형성한 후, 탈탄 어닐린을 실시하고 계속하여 최종 마무리 어닐린을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저 철손 방향성 전자 강판의 제조방법.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈의 치수가 홈 깊이 100㎛이하, 홈 나비 5∼300㎛, 압연 방향의 홈의 간격을 1㎜이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는저 철손 방향성 전자 강판의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 강판표면에 인쇄에 의하여 부식레이스트를, 비도포 영역으로서 압연방향과 다른 방향으로 연속 또는 비연속 영역을 잔존시키고, 도포 베이킹후 부식처리를 실시함으로서, 강판표면에 연속 또는 비연속으로 선상의 홈을 형성하고, 연후에 이 부식 레지스트를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저 철손 방향성 전자강판의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 부식 레지스트의 도포를 그라비아 오프세트 인쇄, 오프세트 롤을 사용하지 않은 그라비아 인쇄, 평판 오프세트 인쇄 또는 스크린 인쇄로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저 철손 방향성 전자강판의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 부식처리가 전해부식인 것을 특징으로 하는 저 철손 방향성 전자강판의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 도포 베이킹후의 레지스트 두께가 0.5∼30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 저 철손 방향성 전자강판의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 부식 레지스트이 제거를 알칼리 또는 유기용제로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저철손 방향성 전자강판의 제조방법.
