제1도는 강체에 변형을 유도하는 평균하중과 자기특성과의 상관관계를 나타내는 그라프이고.

Claims (8)

  1. 마무리-어니일링 되었거나, 또는 마무리-어니일링된 다음 절연-피복-처리된 전자강판상에 압연 방향에 대하여 직각 내지 45°범위의 각에서 90 내지 220kg/mm2의 평균하중으로 국소적으로 하중을 가함으로써 홈을 형성시킨 다음, 상기 강판을 750℃나 그 이상의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향성 전자강판을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 압연방향으로 1 내지 20mm의 간격으로 위치되고, 10 내지 300㎛의 폭을 가지며, 5㎛나 그 이상의 지철부 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기홈의 각각은 점선이나 파선으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 점선이나 파선은 0.1mm나 그 이하의 점간격을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 홈은 2.5 내지 10mm의 간격을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 홈은 10 내지 150mm의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 치차형 로울을 사용하여 상기홈을 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 홈 형성후의 상기 마무리-어니일링된 전자강판을 절연-피복부여 용액으로 피복한 다음, 750℃나 그 이상의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
