Claims (8)
- 마무리-어니일링 되었거나, 또는 마무리-어니일링된 다음 절연-피복-처리된 전자강판상에 압연 방향에 대하여 직각 내지 45°범위의 각에서 90 내지 220kg/mm2의 평균하중으로 국소적으로 하중을 가함으로써 홈을 형성시킨 다음, 상기 강판을 750℃나 그 이상의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향성 전자강판을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 압연방향으로 1 내지 20mm의 간격으로 위치되고, 10 내지 300㎛의 폭을 가지며, 5㎛나 그 이상의 지철부 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기홈의 각각은 점선이나 파선으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 점선이나 파선은 0.1mm나 그 이하의 점간격을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 홈은 2.5 내지 10mm의 간격을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 홈은 10 내지 150mm의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 치차형 로울을 사용하여 상기홈을 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 홈 형성후의 상기 마무리-어니일링된 전자강판을 절연-피복부여 용액으로 피복한 다음, 750℃나 그 이상의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
