Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CHAPAS DE AçO ZINCADO REVESTIDAS COM UMA CAMADA PRé-LUBRIFICANTE DE HIDROXISSULFATO E PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DESSA CHAPA"<D>. Chapa de aço revestida de uma camada metálica à base de zinco e de uma camada à base de hidroxissulfato de zinco, para a qual a densidade de superfície de enxofre é superior a 0,5 mg/m² . Processo de obtenção dessa chapa por tratamento de uma chapa zincada: ou em uma solução de sulfato bastante alcalina sem polarização, ou em uma solução de sulfato que contém íons Zn^ 2+^ sem polarização. O depósito de hidroxissulfato traz um efeito pré-lubrificante aplicável nas operações de conformação de chapa.
