Abstract

본 발명은 (a) 수용성 셀룰로오즈 에테르 또는 이의 유도체 65중량％ 이상, 바람직하게는 65 내지 98중량％, (b) 폴리아크릴아미드 1 내지 15중량％, (c) 가교결합된, 그라프트되지 않거나 전분-그라프트된 폴리아크릴레이트의 알카리 금속염 또는 암모늄염 1 내지 20중량％, (d) 전분 에테르 0 내지 20중량％, 및 (e) 아릴설폰산-포름알데히드 축합 생성물 또는 멜라민 및 포름알데히드의 설폰산-개질된 중축합 생성물의 수용성 알칼리 금속염, 알칼리 토금속염 또는 암모늄염 0내지 15중량％을 함유하는, 건축 재료의 수분-함유 혼합물용 첨가제 배합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 첨가제 배합물은 건축 재료의 모든 수분-함유 혼합물, 특히 플라스틱, 모르타르, 접착성 시멘트 및 충전제에 적합하다.

Claims (7)

  1. (a) 수용성 셀룰로오즈 에테르 또는 이의 유도체 65중량％이상, 바람직하게는 65 내지 98중량％, (b) 폴리아크릴아미드 1 내지 15중량％, (c) 가교결합된, 그라프트되지 않거나 전분-그라프트된 폴리아크릴레이트의 알카리 금속염 또는 암모늄염 1 내지 20중량％, (d) 전분 에테르 0 내지 20중량％, 및 (e) 아릴설폰산-포름알데히드 축합 생성물 또는 멜라민 및 포름알데히드의 설폰산-개질된 중축합 생성물의 수용성 알칼리 금속염, 알칼리 토금속염 또는 암모늄염 0내지 15중량％을 함유하는, 건축 재료의 수분-함유 혼합물용 첨가제 배합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 셀룰로오즈 에테르가 정도가 10 내지 500,000mPa.s, 특히 50 내지 150,000mPa.s인 메틸하이드록시알킬셀롤로오즈, 하이드록시알킬셀룰로오즈 및/또는 알콕시하이드록시에틸하이드록시프로필셀룰로오즈인 첨가제 배합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴아미드가 분자량(중량 평균 분자량, Mw)인 1×108내지 10×108인 음이온성, 양이온성/및 또는 비이온성 폴리아크릴아미드인 첨가제 배합물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전분 에테르가 하이드록시프로필 전분, 카복시메틸 전분 및/또는 하이드록시프로필카복시메틸 전분인 첨가제 배합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 첨가제 배합물을 함유하는 건축 재료 혼합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 건조 중량을 기준으로 하여 첨가제 배합물을 0.01 내지 2중량％, 바람직하게는 0.02 내지 1중량％ 함유하는 건축 재료 혼합물.
  7. 건축 재료 혼합물, 특히 시멘트 타일 접착제, 충전제 및 플라스터에서의 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 첨가제 배합물의 용도.
