제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 불용성타닌의 흡착성능 시험결과를 나타내는 도면.
Claims (7)
- (a)암모니아수에 가수분해형 타닌분말을 용해하고, (b)이 용액에 알데히드 수용액을 첨가혼합해서 침전물을 생성하고, (c)이 침전물을 충분한 시간동안 가열해서 물에 불용인 침전물로하고, (d)이 가열한 침전물에 광산을 첨가혼합해서 산과 알칼리에 불용인 침전물로 하고, (e)이 혼합물을 여과해서 침전물을 분리하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가수분해형 불용성 타닌의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 단계(d)에서 침전생성액을 그대로 회광산과 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가수분해형 불용성타닌의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 단계(d)에서 침전생성액을 여과한후, 여과된; 침전물을 희광산과 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가수분해형 불용성타닌의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침전생성액을 여과한 후, 여과된 침전물을 순수와 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 농광산과 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가수분해형 불용성타닌의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 개재된 제조방법에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가수분해형 불용성타닌.
- 청구범위 제5항에 기재괸 가수분해형 불용성타닌과 중금속원소를 함유하는 폐액을 충분한 시간동안 접촉시켜서 전기한 불용성타닌에 중금속원소를 흠착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐액으로부터 중금속원소를 제거하는방법.
- (a)암모니아수에 가수분해형 타닌분말을 용해하고, (b)이 용액에 알데히드수용액을 첨가혼합해서 침전물을 생성하고, (c)이 침전물을 충분한 시간동안 가열해서 물에 불용인 침전물로 하고, (d)이 가열한 침전물에 광산을 첨가혼합해서 산과 알칼리에 불용인 침전물로 하고, (e)이 혼합물을 여과해서 침전물을 분리하는 단계로 이루어진 방법에 의해 제조된 가수분해형 불용성타닌과 폐액을 충분한 시간동안 접촉시켜 전기한 불용성타닌에 중금속원소를 흡착시키고, 전기한 중금속원소가 흡착되어 있는 타닌을 잔존하는 폐액으로부터 분리하고, 분리된 타닌을 희광산으로 처리하여서 흡착된 중금속 원소를 희광산내로 추출하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐액으로부터 중금속원소를 회수하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
