Claims (2)
- ZnS와 CdS를 기본 원료로 하는 적색 형광체에 있어서, 이들 기본원료량에 대해 5-20중량%의 유황이 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적색 형광체.
- ZnS와 CdS를 소정비율로 혼합하여 적색형광체를 제조함에 있어서, ZnS에 CdS를 첨가하여 혼합하는 과정에서, 이들 ZnS 및 CdS전체량에 대해 5-20중량%의 유황(S)을 더욱 첨가한 후, 이들 혼합물을 600-800℃의 온도 하에서 1-5시간 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적색 형광체의 제조방법.
