Claims (9)
- 한쌍의 기판, 적어도 반투명인 것의 하나, 상기 기판사이에 충전되고 인가전압에 응답하여 그의 광특성이 변조되는 디스플레이 미디엄, 상기 한쌍의 기판중 어느 하나의 내부표면에의 매트릭스에 배치된 화소전극, 상기 화소전극 각각에 전기적으로 연결되는 스위칭소자, 비도전상태에서 각각 상기 화소전극에 가까이에 배치된 스페어 스위칭소자를 포함하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치에 있어서 각 상기 스페어 스위칭소자의 연장단부와 각 상기 화소전극은 절연보호코우트에 의해 코우트되고 그리고 상기 디스플레이 미디엄에서 격리된 연결을 형성하도록 비도전상태에서 서로가 대향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 상기 연결은 상기 스페어 스위칭소자의 연장단부와 상기 화소전극중의 하나의 단부가 그곳사이에 절연층을 끼워 금속부분에 배치되도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 상기 연결은 상기 스페어 스위칭소자의 연장단부와 상기 화소전극중의 하나의 단부가 그곳사이에 절연층을 끼워 배치되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서 스루홀은 상기 스페어 스위칭소자의 연장단부 또는 상기 화소전극의 단부가 배치되는 상기 절연막의 부분에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 컷아웃은 상기 스위칭소자와 연결되는 상기 화소전극의 부분부근에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치.
- 한쌍의 기판, 적어도 반투명인 것 하나, 상기 기판사이에 충전되고 그리고 인가전압에 응답하여 그의 광특성이 변조되는 디스플레이 미디엄, 상기 한쌍의 기판중의 어느 하나 내부표면에의 매트릭스에 배치된 화소전극, 상기 화소전극 각각에 전기적으로 연결되는 스위칭소자와 스페어 스위칭소자, 상기 스위칭소자에 각각 연결되는 신호선을 포함하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치에 있어서 각 상기 스페어 스위칭소자에서 신호입력단자의 연장단부와 각 상기 신호선에서 분기되는 브랜치배선은 보호코우트에 의해 코우트되고 그리고 상기 디스플레이 미디엄에서 격리된 연결을 형성하도록 서로가 대향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 표시 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서 상기 연결은 상기 스페어 스위칭소자의 연장단부와 상기 화소전극의 한 단부가 그곳 사이에 절연층을 끼우도록 금속부분상에 배치되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서 상기 연결은 상기 스페어 스위칭소자의 연장단부와 상기 화소전극의 한 단부가 그곳 사이에 절연층을 끼우도록 배치되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서 스루홀은 상기 스페어 스위칭소자 또는 상기 화소전극의 단부가 배치되는 상기 절연막의 부분에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치.
