Claims (6)

  1. 복수의 표시용 액정소자를 적층하고, 각 표시용 액정소자에 표시되는 화상을 중합시켜 표시화상을 형성하는 액정표시장치에 있어서, 표시화상의 관찰자측에 가장 근접하여 배치되는 제1표시용 액정소자와 그 배후에 배치되는 제2표시용 액정소자와의 사이에, 표시용 액정소자의 표시면의 법선방향으로만 광을 투과시키는 광학부재를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  2. 제1편광판, 제1표시용 액정소자, 제2편광판, 제2표시용 액정소자, 제3편광판, 제3표시용 액정소자, 제4편광판을 이 순서대로 적층하고, 제1표시용 액정소자와 제2편광판과의 사이, 또는 제2편광판과 제2표시용 액정소자와의 사이에, 표시용 액정소자의 표시면의 법선방향으로만 광을 투과시키는 광학부재를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1편광판은 시안계의 컬러 편광판이고, 제2편광판은 청색계의 컬러 편광판이고, 제3편광판은 적색계의 컬러 편광판이며, 제4편광판은 황색계의 컬러 편광판인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광학 부재는, 상기 법선방향과 광의 투과방향이 평행하게 되도록 배열한 복수의 광파이버를 집속하여 평판상으로 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광학부재는, 표리 양면에 전반사 피막이 코팅된 평판상 부재를, 전반사피막이 대향하도록 평행하게 복수 배치하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광학부재는, 표리 양면에 전반사 피막이 코팅된 평판상 부재를, 전반사피막이 대향하도록 평행하게 복수개 배치하여 이루어지는 2개의 도광체로 구성되고, 이 2개의 도광체는 상기 평판상 부재의 길이 방이 서로 직교하도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
