Claims (14)
- 축과, 이 축을 받기 위한 관통부를 가지며 상기 축에 슬라이딩 되어 그곳에 고정연결되는 적어도 하나의 단조가공된 캠으로 구성되며, 적어도 하나의 캠이 설치되는 축의 부분이 다른 부분 보다 적어도 단계적으로 더 큰 직경을 가지며, 비이드 또는 웨브는 캠이 설치되는 축의 부분에 있으며, 캠의 상기 관통부는 적어도 그의 일단부 상에 축을 받기 위해 관통부의 축방향 길이의 적어도 일부에 걸쳐 테이퍼상 확대부를 가지며, 이 확대부는 비이드 또는 웨브의 반경 방향 높이에 대략 상당하는 치수의 입구부를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비이드 또는 웨브의 반경 방향 높이는 캠의 슬라이딩 방향으로부터 축의 축방향을 따라 원추형상으로 증가함을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비이드 또는 웨브의 반경 방향 높이는 캠의 슬라이딩 방향으로부터 축의 축방향을 따라 쐐기형상으로 증가함을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관통부의 테이퍼상 부분은 캠의 폭의 일부에 상당하고, 이들 길이의 비가 대락 1:5임을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼상 부분의 개구각도는 대략 20°임을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캠의 상기 관통부는 전장에 걸쳐 원추형상임을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축을 받기 위한 캠의 상기 관통부는 비원형 형상임을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 관통부는 축의 확대부들 사이에 있는 부분의 직경 보다 약간 더 큰 최단직경과 비이드 또는 웨브의 반경 방향 높이 보다 더 작은 최대 직경을 갖는 타원형상임을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축을 받기 위한 캠의 관통부는 전원주 둘레에 걸쳐 연속적으로 연장함을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축을 받기 위한 캠의 관통부는 전원주 둘레에 걸쳐 불연속적으로 연장함을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 관통부는 정다각형임을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비이드 또는 웨브는 축의 원주방햐으로 연장함을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비이드 또는 웨브는 캠축의 축선에 실질적으로 평행하게 연장함을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비이드 또는 웨브는 재료의 변형에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 제어용 캠축.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
