Claims (14)

  1. 조 안료를 예비분쇄시키고, 50℃ 미만의 온도에서 안료 입경을 얻기에 충분한 시간동안 예비분쇄된 안료를 극성 용매와 접촉시키며, 안료 형을 단리하는 단계로 이루어진, 조 유기안료를 안료 형으로 전환시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 안료가 디케토피롤로피롤, 페릴렌, 비치환 퀴나크리돈, 치환된 퀴나크리돈, 프탈로시아닌, 펠리논, 이소인돌리논, 인단트론, 디옥사진, 안트라퀴논, 이소인돌린, 플라반트론, 피란트론, 티오인디고, 이들 안료 잔기 2개 이상을 함유하는 고체 용액 및 아조 안료로부터 선정되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 안료가 비치환 퀴나크리돈, 치환된 퀴나크리돈, 퀴나크리돈 고체 용액, 디케토피롤로피롤, 퀴나크리돈/디케토피롤로피롤 고체 용액, 안트라퀴논, 이소인돌린, 디옥사진 및 아조 안료로부터 선정되는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 안료가 디케토피롤로피롤, 인단트론, 이소인돌리논, 아조 안료, 디옥사진, 페릴렌, 감마-퀴나크리돈, 퀴나크리돈/2,9-디클로로퀴나크리돈 고체 용액 및 2,9-디클로로퀴나크리돈/디케토피롤로피롤 고체 용액으로부터 선정되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극성 용매가 N,N-디메틸포름아미드, N,N-디메틸아세트아미드, N,N,N′,N′-테트라메틸우레아, N-메틸피롤리돈, N-메틸포름아미드, 테트라메틸렌술폰 및 디메틸술폭사이드로부터 선정되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 극성 용매가 N,N-디메틸포름아미드 또는 디메틸술폭사이드인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 극성 용매가 디메틸술폭사이드인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극성 용매가 예비분쇄된 안료 중량의 5 내지 20배의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 온도가 10 내지 40℃인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 온도가 20 내지 28℃인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 입자 성장 억제 유효량의 안료 입자 성장 억제제를 예비분쇄된 안료/극성 용매 혼합물에 첨가하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 안료 입자 성장 억제제가 유기 안료의 술폰산, 프탈이미도메틸-, 이미다졸릴메틸-, 피라졸릴메틸 또는 디알킬아미노알킬술폰아미드 유도체인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 입자 성장 억제제가 퀴나크리돈-모노술폰산인 방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 입자 성장 억제제가 조 안료의 중량에 대해 0.05 내지 15%의 농도로 존재하는 방법.
