Claims (7)
- 압연재의 형상패턴을 N(N≥1)개의 파라미터로 인식하고, 그 압연재의 형상을 제어하는 조작단으로서 적어도 압하레벨링장치를 포함하는 복수의 조작단을 구비한 압연재의 형상 제어방법에 있어서, 그 압연재의 폭방향의 복수점에서 측정된 형상신호로 부터 판의 형상패턴을 고차식으로 근사시킴과 동시에 그 고차식으로 표시되는 비대칭 형상패턴을 1차식으로 근사시킴으로써 형상패턴의 비대칭 기본성분(1차 성분)을 추출하고, 상기 추출된 비대칭 기본성분을 나타내는 계수를 형상파라미터로 하는 기본성분의 수정제어를 압하레벨링장치에 의하여 제어하고, 상기 고차식으로 근사된 비대칭 형상패턴으로 부터 비대칭 기본성분을 제외한 고차의 비대칭 형상성분의 제어를 압하레벨링장치를 제외한 다른 조작단으로 분담제어시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기의 형상 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비대칭 기본성분을 제외한 고차성분의 제어를 행하는 조작단으로서 적어도 작업로울 벤딩장치를 사용하고, 그 벤딩압차에 의하여 분담제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기의 형상 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비대칭 기본성분을 제외한 고차성분의 제어를 행하는 조작단으로서 적어도 중간로울 벤딩장치를 사용하고, 그 벤딩압차에 의하여 분담제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기의 형상 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비대칭 기본성분을 제외한 고차성분의 제어를 행하는 조작단으로서 적어도 중간로울 시프트장치를 사용하여 형상의 분담제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기의 형상 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비대칭 기본성분을 제외한 고차성분의 제어를 행하는 조작단으로서 중간로울 벤딩장치 및 작업로울 벤딩장치를 사용하고, 그 벤딩압차에 의하여 형상의 분담제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기의 형상 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형상패턴에서 비대칭 기본성분(1차 성분)은 형상패턴의 기수 멱항(冪項)과 근사되는 1차식과의 차의 자승합이 최소가 되는 제약조건을 만족하는 계수를 갖는 일차식인 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기의 형상 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비대칭 기본성분을 제외한 고차의 비대칭 형상성분에 관하여 형상파라미터로서 판의 끝부분에 가까운 미리 정해진 점(xe, -xe)을 연결하는 직선의 경사(De)와, 그 점으로 부터 판 중앙부에 가까운 미리 정해진 점(xq, -xq)을 연결하는 직선의 경사(Dq)를 사용하고, 조작단으로서 각각 작업로울 벤딩장치, 중간로울 벤딩장치에 각각 형상제어를 분담시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기의 형상 제어방법.
