제3도는 자기베어링제어계의 전체구성을 표시한 사시도.
Claims (1)
- 회전축의 중심(重心)의 변위편차와 중심(重心)을 중심으로 한 흔들림각이 0으로 되도록 전자석을 제어해서 전자석의 자기흡인력에 의해서 회전축을 공중지지하는 자기베어링의 제어장치에 있어서, 중심을 중심으로 한 서로 직교하는 2자유도의 회전운동의 흔들림을 각각 θx, θy로 해서, 회전각 θx의 피이드백신호와 회전각 θy의 피이드백신호를 각각 회전각 θy의 제어장치와 회전각 θx의 제어장치에 대해서도 크로스피이드백하고, 또한, 그 크로스피이드백신호에 대해서 회전운동의 제어계전체의 응답주파수 이하의 꺾임점주파수를 가진 저역통과필터를 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기베어링의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
