Abstract
본 발명은 고속가공기나 진공펌프에 사용되는 자기베어링장치에 있어서, 회전축의 레이디얼 방향위치를 제어할때, 병진운동과 회전운동의 상호간섭을 회피하고, 정밀도 좋은 제어가 가능한 자기베어링장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 전자석에 부여하는 바이어서전류치 I가 KDf1f=KDr1r를 만족하도록 설정하는 동시에 제어전류치가 i가 병진운동에 관해서 if/ ir=KIr1r=KIf1f를 만족하도록, 회전운동에 관해서 if/ ir=KIr=KIf를 만족하도록 전류치의 개인비를 설정함으로써, 병진운동과 회전운동이 간섭하지 않는 제어계가 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)
- 회전축의 양단부에 전자석을 설치하고, 그 전자석의 자기흡인력에 의해서 회전축을 공중지지하는 자기베어링장치에 있어서, 상기 회전축 양단부의 회전축위치검출부로부터 회전축 중심(重心)의 변위편차와 중심을 중심으로한 흔들림각을 산출하고, 중심의 변위편차가 0이 되도록, 중심에 작용하는 힘을 제어하도록 상기 양단부에 형성한 전자석 전류를 제어할때, 중심을 중심으로한 흔들림각에는 변위가 나오지 않도록 제어하고, 또 중심을 중심으로한 흔들림각이 0이되도록, 중심을 중심으로하 토크를 제어하도록 상기 전자석 전류를 제어할때에는 중심의 변위가 없도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기베어링장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
