Claims (11)
- 감쇠력을 자동적으로 조절가능한 액압식 완충기로서, 실린더와, 실린더 내부를 두 개의 실로 분리하고 있고, 더욱이 제어 가능한 흐름 횡단면을 가진, 실린더내를 가동할 수 있는 완충기 피스톤과, 이 피스톤과 결합되고, 실린더의 단부를 통하여 외부로 돌출한 피스톤 로드와, 흐름 횡단면을 제어하고 제어 슬라이더를 위한 전자식 회전 조절기를 갖춘 형식의 것에 있어서, 회전 조절기(13)가 자기적인 안전으로 돌아가게 하는 기구를 갖춘 영구자석 여자형 단권 회전 조절기인 것을 특징으로 하는 액압식 완충기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 영구자석의 로우터(31)가 사용되고, 이 로우터가 2극의 급전으로 두 개의 유효한 토르크 방향을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 액압식 완충기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 로우터가(31) 중공 원통형으로 구성되어 있고, 또한 평활한 주위면(47,47′)를 가지는 것을 특징으로하는 액압식 완충기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로우터(31)를 수용하는 스테이너(30)가 복수의 박판(스테이터 박판 버킷(32)에서 제작되고, 또한 두 개의 반부(41,42)로 분활된 유일의 코일(40)을 코일 반부(41,42)의 직렬접속의 형으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 액압식 완충기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 완충기 피스톤(7)이 피스톤 케이싱(11)에 의하여 둘러싸인 절결(12)을 유하고, 이 절결내에 전자식의 회전 조절기(13)가 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 액압식 완충기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전 조절기(13)의 로우터(31)의 외경이 피스톤로드(6)의 외경과 거의 동등한 것을 특징으로하는 액압식 완충기.
- 제3항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전 조절기(13)의 중공 원통형의 로우터(31)가 회전 조절기축(26)을 수용하고, 회전 조절기축이 단부에 제어 슬라이더(14)의 회전 슬라이더(48)를 지지하고 있고, 또한 회전 조절기축(26)이 회전각도 때문에 스톳퍼 27/28를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 액압식 완충기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제어 슬라이더(14)도 피스톤 케이싱의 절결(12)내에 삽입되어 있고, 또한 절결(12)이 중공 원통형의 슬라이더 제어부재(53)를 가지고 있고, 이 슬라이더 제어 부재내에 제어 슬라이더(14)의 회전 슬라이더(48)가 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 액압식 완충기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 피스톤 케이싱의 절결(12) 및 스테이터(30)가 완충기 유체에 의하여 관통 가능하며, 또한 회전 슬라이더(48)와 슬라이더 제어부재(53)와의 사이의 극간이 완충기의 기초유량을 규정하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 액압식 완충기.
- 제5항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전 슬라이더(48)의, 슬라이더 제어 부재(53)에 대하여 상대적인 각 위치를 검출하기 위한 위치 센서(16)가 완충기 피스톤(7)에 설치되어 있고, 또한 위치센서(16)가 피스톤 케이싱(11)의 부가부(15)내에 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 액압식 완충기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 완충기의 자동 제어를 위하여 제어 일렉트로닉스가 설치되어 있고, 또한 완충기(7)에 배치된 위치 센서(16)가 피스톤 로드(6)을 통하여 측정 신호를 제어 일렉트로닉스에 보내는 것을 특징으로하는 액압식 완충기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
