Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the control of the rotation of an eccentric rod without necessity of any device externally of a linear motor by equalizing the eccentric amount between a movable coil and the rod to that of the eccentric rod guide hole in the eccentric rod guide from a center pole. CONSTITUTION:An eccentric rod 5 is fixedly bonded to a position eccentric from the shaft core via a movable coil 4, and an eccentric rod guide 6 is fixed to a yoke 1 with bolts 7. The coil 4 is guided by a pneumatic bearing 9 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the pole 3 disposed on a permanent magnet 2, and an eccentric rod 5 is slidably guided by a pneumatic bearing 9 provided in the guide 6. The eccentric amount between the movable coil 4 and the eccentric rod 5 is equalized to that between the center pole 3 and the eccentric rod guide hole 10, thereby controlling the revolution of the rod 5.
