CONSTITUTION:An arm-holder 2 provided with a pick-up arm 1 is shouldered on a transferring member 4, and the transferring member 4 is provided to be transferable freely along a pair of guide rail 5a, 5b. A magnet 9 constituting a field pole is equipped to a yoke 10 to form a stator, and the first coil 8 constituting a movable member of a linear motor provided at the lower end of the transferring member 4 is provided around the yoke 10 being transferable freely. Moreover the second coil 12 is prepared at the lower end of the transferring member 4, for example around the yoke 10 being transferable freely, as a speed detecting means to detect the speed of the transferring member. The electromotive force generated in the second coil being in proportion to the transferring speed of the transferring member is made to be fed-back to the driving means of the transferring member 4.
