제4도는 공구진퇴장치의 중심축을 지지하기 위한 판스프링형식의 축 지지장치의 소망의 일실시예의 사시도.
제5도는 제4도에 표시한 판스프링형식 축지지장치를 사용한 공구 진퇴장치의 일부 절단 평면도.
제6도는 코링스프링형시기의 축지지장치를 사용한 공구진퇴장치의 일부절단 평면도.
제7도는 전자석 및 스프링을 사용한 공구진퇴장치의 위치결정제어의 원리 설명도.
Claims (4)
- 작업물을 설치하는 주축(10)에 대하여 직각으로 배치되고 그 일단에 공구가 부착되는 중심축(14)과, 이중심축(14)을 축방향으로는 변위가능하고 회전불능하게 지지하는 축지지장치와, 상기 중심축(14)에 고착되는 가동판(12)과, 상기 가동판을 사이에 두고 이것과 소망의 간극을 두어 서로 대향배치되는 전자석(13a,13b)과 상기 주축의 회전각도 검축장치(4)와, 상기 중심축의 이동량을 검출하는 변위센서(16)와, 상기 중심축의 이동속도를 검출하는 속도센서(17)와, 상기 회전각 검출장치, 변위센서 및 속도센서로 부터의 출력신호에 의거하여 상기 전자석으로의 통전을 제어하는 장치들을 구성요소하는 공구진퇴장치(9)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 비원형 절삭장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중심축의 축지지장치가 중심부는 중심축에 고착되고 주변부는 적합한 홀더(23)를 통해서 설치대(11)에 고정되는 판스프링(22)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 비원형 절삭장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판스프링(22)이 십자형 판스프링인 것이 특징인 비원형 절삭장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중심축의 축지지장치가 중심축(14)을 축방향으로만 이동자유롭게 지지하는 스프라인(19)과, 중심축(14)과 설치대(11)의 사이에 중심축의 축방향에 연하는 스프링력을 부여하도록 상기 중심축(14)과 동축으로 설치되는 코일스프링을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 비원형 절삭장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
