刹车机构及采用该刹车机构的加工装置
技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工领域,尤其涉及一种加工装置及其刹车机构。
背景技术
在工件的加工过程中,刀具在驱动件的驱动下运动,以对工件进行加工。利用直线电机驱动刀具直线往复进给对工件进行加工,可提高工件加工的效率及品质。然而,直线电机瞬间掉电时,由于惯性作用,刀具会继续做往复运动,因而存在划伤产品的隐患。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,本发明提供一种能够避免工件划伤的刹车机构及采用该刹车机构的加工装置。
一种刹车机构,适用于一具有刀座的加工装置,该刹车机构包括驱动件、抵接件及弹性件,该驱动件包括本体及活动穿设该本体的驱动轴,该驱动轴凸伸出该本体的两端,该本体能够驱动该驱动轴作直线运动,该驱动轴的一端用以活动穿设该刀座,该抵接件装设于该驱动轴的另一端,该弹性件设置于该本体及该抵接件之间,该本体驱动该驱动轴脱离该刀座并使该弹性件处于压缩状态,断电时,该弹性件的弹性回复力能够带动该驱动轴朝向该驱动件设有该弹性件的一端运动,进而使该驱动轴与该刀座相抵并带动该刀座朝向该驱动件设有该弹性件的一端运动。

本发明的加工装置,由于设置了刹车机构,当掉电时,驱动轴在弹性件的作用下带动与之相抵的刀座一块朝向该驱动件设有该弹性件的一端运动以远离工件,以防止刀座由于惯性作用继续朝向工件运动划伤工件。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施例提供一种加工装置100,其能够驱动刀具相对工件(图未示)运动从而对工件进行加工。加工装置100包括安装座10、滑动装设于安装座10上的刀座30、固定于刀座30上的刀具50,及装设于安装座10与刀座30上的刹车机构70。当然,加工装置100还包括其它部件,如驱动刀座30作往复进给运动的直线电机等结构,为省略篇幅,这里不再介绍。
请同时参阅图2,刹车机构70包括驱动件72、抵接件75和弹性件76。抵接件75固定连接驱动件72的一端,弹性件76设置于抵接件75及驱动件72之间。
驱动件72包括本体722及驱动轴724。驱动轴724活动穿设本体722,且其两端凸伸出本体722外。本体722固定于安装座10上,具体为,刹车机构70还包括用于安装驱动件72的固定座73,固定座73包括支撑部732及大致垂直连接于支撑部732一端上的安装部734。支撑部732大致呈方形板状,其对应驱动轴724贯通开设有通孔735,本体722固定于支撑部732上,驱动轴724穿设通孔735。安装部734与安装座10固定连接以将本体722固定于安装座10上。
驱动轴724包括位于其两端的第一端部7242及第二端部7244,且第一端部7242及第二端部7244由本体722的两端伸出,其中,第一端部7242用于安装抵接件75,第二端部7244穿设通孔735且活动连接刀座30,以当驱动轴724朝远离刀具50的方向运动时,能够带动刀座30在安装座10上随驱动轴724一块运动。具体为,刀座30上凸设有凸块32,凸块32上对应驱动轴724贯通开设有装设孔322;进一步地,刹车机构70还包括套设于驱动轴724端部上的连接件74。连接件74包括连接部742及形成于连接部742其中一端部上的凸缘744。连接部742远离凸缘744的一端套设于第二端部7244上且活动穿设装设孔322,当驱动轴724朝远离刀具50的方向运动到一定距离时,凸缘744能够抵接于装设孔322的两侧以带动刀座30在安装座10上随驱动轴724一块运动。
抵接件75连接驱动轴724的第一端部7242,包括锁固件752及套接件754。在本实施方式中,锁固件752为一螺帽,其固定套设于驱动轴724的第一端部7242上。请一并参阅图3,套接件754大致呈圆柱体状,其活动套设于驱动轴724的第一端部7242且位于锁固件752与本体722之间。套接件754沿其轴向贯通开设有依次连通的第一套接孔755、第二套接孔756及第三套接孔757,且第一套接孔755远离锁固件752,第三套接孔757靠近锁固件752。第一套接孔755的半径大于第二套接孔756以于其相交处形成抵接部758。
在本实施例中,弹性件76为弹簧,其套设于驱动轴724的第一端部7242上。弹性件76部分收容于第一套接孔755中且两端分别弹性抵持于套接件754的抵接部758及本体722的侧壁上。
组装加工装置100时,首先,将刀座30滑动装设于安装座10上,将刀具50固定于刀座30上;其次,将凸块32及驱动件72分别固定于刀座30和安装座10上,将连接件74套设于驱动轴724的第二端部7244且穿设凸块32的装设孔322;最后,将弹性件76、套接件754及锁固件752依次套设于驱动轴724的第一端部7242,并使弹性件76的两端分别位于套接件754的抵接部758及本体722的侧壁上。
当加工装置100在驱动下带动刀具50对工件进行加工时,驱动件72通气使驱动轴724朝向刀具50伸出以使弹性件76处于压缩状态;当加工装置100掉电时,同时驱动件72停止通气,弹性件76的弹性回复力推抵套接件754以使驱动轴724朝驱动件72设有弹性件76的一端运动,当驱动轴724朝驱动件72设有弹性件76的一端运动到一定距离后,凸缘744抵接于装设孔322的两侧,以带动刀座30在安装座10上随驱动轴724一块朝向驱动件72设有弹性件76的一端运动,从而使刀具50远离工件,防止在刀具50在掉电时由于惯性作用继续运动而划伤工件。在使用加工装置100的过程中,可以通过调节锁固件752在驱动轴724的位置来调节驱动轴724的行程,进而调节退刀的距离。
本发明的加工装置100,由于设置了刹车机构70,当掉电时,驱动轴724在弹性件76的作用下带动与之连接的刀座30一块朝驱动件72设有弹性件76的一端运动,以防止刀具50由于惯性作用继续运动而划伤工件。
可以理解,套接件754可以省略,弹性件76弹性抵持于本体722及锁固件752之间即可。
可以理解,弹性件76也可以不套设于驱动轴724上,只要弹性件76的两端弹性抵持于本体722及该抵接件75上即可。弹性件76还可以为弹性套筒等其它弹性结构。
另外,本领域技术人员还可以在本发明内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种刹车机构,适用于一具有刀座的加工装置,其特征在于:该刹车机构包括驱动件、抵接件及弹性件,该驱动件包括本体及活动穿设该本体的驱动轴,该驱动轴凸伸出该本体的两端,该本体能够驱动该驱动轴作直线运动,该驱动轴的一端用以活动连接该刀座,该抵接件装设于该驱动轴的另一端,该弹性件设置于该本体及该抵接件之间,该本体驱动该驱动轴脱离该刀座并使该弹性件处于压缩状态,断电时,该弹性件的弹性回复力能够带动该驱动轴朝向该驱动件设有该弹性件的一端运动,进而使该驱动轴与该刀座相抵并带动该刀座朝向该驱动件设有该弹性件的一端运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的刹车机构,其特征在于:该抵接件包括套设于该驱动轴一端上的锁固件,该弹性件套设于该驱动轴上,并弹性抵持于该本体及该锁固件之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的刹车机构,其特征在于:该抵接件还包括活动套设于该驱动轴上且位于该锁固件与该本体之间的套接件,该套接件内形成抵接部,该弹性件部分收容于该套接件内且该弹性件远离该本体的一端抵接于该抵接部上。
4.如权利要求1所述的刹车机构,其特征在于:该刹车机构包括连接件,该连接件的一端套设于该驱动轴的端部且远离该抵接件,该连接件远离该驱动轴的另一端形成凸缘,用于与该刀座相抵。
5.一种加工装置,其包括安装座及相对该安装座滑动的刀座,其特征在于:该加工装置上还设有刹车机构,该刹车机构包括驱动件、抵接件及弹性件,该驱动件包括本体及活动穿设该本体的驱动轴,该本体与该安装座相接,该本体能够驱动该驱动轴作直线运动,该驱动轴凸伸出该本体的两端,该驱动轴的一端活动连接该刀座,该抵接件连接该驱动轴的另一端,该弹性件设置于该本体及该抵接件之间,该本体驱动该驱动轴脱离该刀座并使该弹性件处于压缩状态,断电时,该弹性件的弹性回复力能够带动该驱动轴朝向该驱动件设有该弹性件的一端运动,进而使该驱动轴与该刀座相抵并带动该刀座朝向该驱动件设有该弹性件的一端运动。
6.如权利要求5所述的加工装置,其特征在于:该抵接件包括套设于该驱动轴一端上的锁固件,该弹性件套设于该驱动轴上,并弹性抵持于该本体及该锁固件之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的加工装置,其特征在于:该抵接件还包括活动套设于该驱动轴上且位于该锁固件与该本体之间的套接件,该套接件内形成抵接部,该弹性件部分收容于该套接件内且该弹性件远离该本体的一端抵接于该抵接部上。
8.如权利要求5所述的加工装置,其特征在于:该刀座上凸设有凸块,该刹车机构包括连接件,该连接件套设于该驱动轴远离该抵接件的端部,该连接件上形成凸缘,该连接件活动地穿设该凸块,该凸缘能够抵接于该凸块上以带动该刀座随该驱动轴一块运动。
9.如权利要求5所述的加工装置,其特征在于:该刹车机构还包括固定座,该固定座包括支撑部及连接于该支撑部一端上的安装部,该本体固定于该支撑部上,该驱动轴穿设该支撑部,该安装部固定连接该安装座。
