Claims (10)
- 엔진의 아이들 회전수를 검출하는 회전수 검출수단과 엔진이 아이들링 상태에 있을 때, 엔진에 대해 흡입공기량을 제어하는 공기량 제어수단과 검출된 엔진 아이들 회전수를 목표회전수로 제어하기 위해 엔진의 검출된 아이들 회전수를 토대로 공기량 제어수단의 제어량을 결정하는 회전수 제어수단이 설치된 내연기관용 회전수 제어장치에 있어서 엔진의 동적모델의 내부상태를 대표하는 상태변수량으로 엔진의 검출된 아이들 회전수 및 공기량 제어수단의 제어량 및 점화회로의 점화시기 제어량을 출력시키는 상태 변수량 출력부와, 회전수 변동누적치를 얻기 위해 목표회전수와 검출된 엔진 아이들 회전수간의 편차를 누적서키는 회전수 편차누적부와, 점화시기 편차누적치를 얻기 위해 검출된 목표점화시기와 실제 점화시기간의 편차를 누적시키는 점화시기 편차누적부와, 동적모델, 상태변수량, 상기 회전수 편차누적치 및 점화시기 편차누적치를 토대로 미리 결정된 공기시스템 및 점화시스템의 최적 피드백 이득을 토대로 공기량 제어수단의 제어량과 점화회로의 점화시기 제어량을 산출하는 공기시스템 및 점화시스템 제어량 산출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 회전수 제어장치.
- 엔진의 작동상태값을 검출하는 작동상태값 검출수단과, 엔진의 작동상태값에 영향을 미치는 제1제어량을 제어하는 제1제어수단과 검출된 작동상태 값을 목표치에 제어하기 위해 엔진의 검출된 작동상태값을 토대로 제1제어 수단의 제어량을 결정하는 목표치 제어수단을 포함하는 목표치 제어수단을 포함하는 내연기관용 제어장치에 있어서, 엔진의 동적모델의 내부상태를 대표하는 상태변수량으로 엔진의 검출된 작동상태값 및 엔진의 작동상태값에 영향을 주는 제1제어수단의 제어량과 제2제어량을 출력시키는 상태변수량 출력부와, 작동상태값 변동누적치를 얻기 위해 목표치와 검출된 작동상태값간의 편차를 누적시키는 작동상태값 편차누적부와, 제2제어량 편차누적치를 얻기 위해 검출된 제2제어량과 제2제어량에 대한 목표치간의 편차를 누적시키는 제2제어량 편차누적부와, 동적모델, 상태변수량, 작동상태값 편차누적치 및 제2제어량 편차누적치를 토대로, 미리 결정된 제1및 제2제어시스템의 최적 피드백 이득을 토대로 제1제어수단의 제어량과 제2제어수단의 제어량을 산출하는 제1및 제2제어시스템 제어량 산출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1제어수단은 엔진에 흡입되는 공기흡입량을 제어하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1제어량은 흡입공기량이고, 제2제어량은 엔진의 점화회로에 의해 걸리는 점화시기인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 작동상태값은 엔진의 회전수인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 흡입공기량 제어수단은 상기 바이패스통로에 마련된 드로틀밸브 및 밸브수단을 바이패스하는 바이패스통로수단을 포함하고, 상기 밸브수단은 제어신호의 더티비가 적용됨에 따라 제어되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상태변수량은 전의 작동상태값과 누적수단에 축적된 제1및 제2제어량과 누적치를 토대로 직접 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서 제어량 산출부는 상태변수량을 구성하는 값에 최적피드백 이득을 곱하여 얻은 값을 합하여 제1제어수단의 제어량과 제2제어수단의 제어량을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 제어장치.
- 최소한의 엔진회전수를 출력량으로 출력시키기 위해 입력부에 낭비시간을 가진 제1제어입력 및 낭비시간이 없는 제2제어입력에 응답하는 다중-입력 및 하나 또는 다중-출력을 가진 모델세트를 토대로 엔진의 회전수를 결정하는 내연기관용 회전수 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 모델의 내연상태를 대표하는 상태변수량으로 엔진회전수 및 제1및 제2제어입력을 설정하는 상태변수 설정수단과, 상기 모델, 상태변수량 및 낭비시간에 해당하는 과거 제1제어압력에 따라 미리 결정된 최적 피드백 이득을 토대로 제1제어입력을 산출하는 제1산출수단과, 상기 모델, 상태변수량에 따라 미리 결정된 최적 피드백 이득을 토대로 제2제어입력을 산출하는 제2산출수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 회전수 제어장치.
- 엔진회전수를 포함하는 t 출력을 발생하기 위해 낭비시간을 가진 m 제어입력에 응답하고, 상태방정식 (A)에 따라 표현되는 m-입력 t-출력제어계를 가진 모델세트를 토대로 엔진의 회전수를 결정하는 내연기관용 회전수 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 m -입력 t-출력제어계에 대해 상기 출력을 목표치에 제어하는 피드백 제어시스템은 방정식(B)에 따라 확대계로 결정되고, 방정식(C)으로 표시되는 평가계수(J)를 최소화하는 최적확대계 제어입력(Ve (k))은 방정식 (D)에 따라 결정되고 i번째 ui(k)는 방정식 (F)에 따라 방정식 (E)에 의해 정의된 행렬 (Hi)를 토대로 결정되고,X(k+1)=AX(k)+BV(k)Y(k)=CX(k) .....................(A)여기서, VT(k)=[ul(k-L1)u2(k-L2)...ui(K-Li)....um(k-Lm)];X는 (n×1)행렬인 상태변수행렬을 나타내고, V는(M×1)행렬인 입력행렬을 나타내고, Y는 (t×1)행렬인 출력행렬을 나타내고 A는 (n×n)행렬인 행렬을 나타내고, B는 (n×m)행렬인 행렬을 나타내고, C는 (t×n)행렬인 행렬을 나타내고, L1L2....Lm은 제어유닛 u1, u2 ...um에 존재하는 낭비시간에 해당하는 샘플의 수를 나타내고Z(k+1)=AeZ(k)+BeVe(k)E(k)=CeZ(k) ......................(B)여기서, z(k)는 상태변수행렬이고, E(k)는 편차행렬이고,E(k)= R-Y(k) (R: 목표치), 및, Ve(k)는 확대행렬을 나타내고,Ce=[o-It] (It: unit matrix of (t x t))여기서 o-는 제로(0)행렬을 나타내고,Ve(k)-F .
