Claims (4)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ) :
    에 해당하는 순수 거울상이성체 또는 거울상이성체의 혼합물 형태의 4-피리미딘카르복시아미드 유도체 및 이것의 약학적 허용산 부가염.
    상기식에서 X는 수소, 플루오르, 염소, 메톡시 및 시클로프로필로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 원자 및/또는 기를 나타내고 R1은 수소원자 또는 C1-C3알킬기를 나타내고, R2는 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다.
  2. 일반식(Ⅱ) :
    의 피페라진(X는 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다)을 식(Ⅲ) 또는(Ⅲ') :
    의 반응물질(Y는 프탈이미도기를 나타낸다)과 반응시키고, 그 다음 R1이 수소원자를 나타내는 식의 최종 화합물을 얻는 것이 요망된다면 얻어진 일반식(Ⅳa) :
    의 유도체를 히드라진 하이드레이트로 처리하고 그 다음 수성 염산으로 처리하여 일반식(Ⅴ)
    의 아민의 염산염(R1및 R'는 각각 수소원자를 나타낸다)을 얻거나, 다른 한편으로 R1이 C1-C3알킬기를 나타내는 식의 최종 화합물을 얻는 것이 요망된다면 일반식(Ⅳa)의 화합물을 히드라진 하이드레이트로 탈보호한 다음 유리된 아민을 트리페닐메틸 클로라이드에 의해 보호함으로써 일반식(Ⅳa)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅳb) :
    의 화합물(X는 상기에서 정의한 바와 같고 Z는 트리페닐메틸기를 나타낸다)로 전환하고, 그 다음 일반식(Ⅳb)의 화합물을 염기의 존재하에 C1-C3알킬 할라이드와 반응시키고 얻어진 화합물의 아민기능을 양성자성 용매에서 염산가스에 의해 탈보호하여 일반식(Ⅴ) :
    의 아민의 염산염(R1은 C1-C3알킬기를 나타내고 R'는 수소원자를 나타낸다)을 얻고, 그 다음 R2가 메틸기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 요망된다면 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 알킬 포르메이트로 처리하고 그 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)(R1)은 포르밀기를 나타낸다)의 포르밀 유도체를 리튬 알루미늄 하이드라이드의 존재하에서 환원시키고 최종적으로 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물(R'는 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다)을 2-클로로-4-피리미딘 카르 복시아미드와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항의 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의약품.
  4. 적당한 부형제와 조합하여 제1항의 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
