Claims (9)
- 비표면적이 25㎡/g 이상이며 또한 A≥5, B≤3인 분체를 주성분으로 하는 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체에 있어서, 분체 4g을 니트로셀롤로오스 락카 169g에 균일하게 분산시켜 아트종이위에서 76㎛ 분체기구에 의해 도막을 형성시키고, 이 도막을 건조시켜 포토크로믹성을 측정하는 샘플로서 이용하며, 빚의 조건으로서는 도시바제품 FL2OS·BLB 램프와 도시바제품 FL2OS. E램프를 11㎝의 간격으로 각각 하나씩 고정해 자외선 강도적산계 (도우레테크노사제품 SUV-T형)로 샘플에 닿는 자외선강도 2mW/㎤가 되도록 거리조정을 하고, ①샘플을 실온·암소에 약 10시간 방치한 것을 색채색차계(미놀타사제품 CR200)로 측색하며, ②이 샘플에 상기 자외선을 30분간 조사해서 암색화한 때의 색을 같은 방법으로 측정하고, ③이 조사샘플을 실온에서 암소에 24시간 방치한 때의 색을 같은 방법으로 측정해서, ①과 ②의 색차 △E틀 A, ①과 ③의 색차 △E를 B로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체가 분체의 주성분이 산화티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 포토크로믹싱 자외선 차폐분체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체가, 산화티탄 분체는 아나테이즈형 산화티탄을 50% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체가 포토크로믹성 부활제인 금속 Me를 0.05≥MeOm/(Me0m+TiO2)≥0.0001 m=1/2,1,3/2,2,3가 되도록 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체.
- 비표면적이 l00㎡/g 이상인 원료산화티탄을 700℃ 이하에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체.
- 비표면적이 S0㎡/g(S0</SB는 100미만)인 원료산화티탄올 하기 수식 1에 의해 산출되는 온도 T℃ 이하에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체의 제조방법.수식 1T=(S0</SB+10)/0.10400≤T≤600
- 제5항 또는 제6항의 방법에 있어서, 포토크로믹성 부활제인 금속은 염 내지 알콕시드로부터 이루어지고 그 용액에서 중화 또는 가수분해 반응에 의해서 석출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 중화시에 pH가 8∼11로 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토크로믹성 자외선 차폐분체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서 제4항에 있어서, 자외선분체를 0.1∼60 중량% 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 피부외용제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
