Claims (4)

  1. 금형을 개폐하는 종형 프레스장치, 종형 프레스장치의 다이플레이트(2)의 아래에, 금형의 사이로 용융상태의 수지를 공급하는 사출노즐(10b)을 설치한 횡형 사출장치(10), 횡형 사출장치를 설치하는 받침대(4), 받침대(4)의 한쪽 끝을 지지하며, 스탠드(9)를 개재하여 전기한 사출노즐(10b)을 하금형(3)과 접촉시키는 액튜에이터(5), 받침대(4)의 다른쪽 끝이 회전운동을 할 수 있도록 핀(13)으로 고정되어 있으며, 수평방향으로의 이동이 가능한 기대(14)등으로 구성되는 사출프레스 성형장치에 있어서, 전기한 스탠드(9)의 상부에는, 사출노즐(10b)의 접촉면(B)을 하금형(3)의 접촉위치(A)와 일치시키기 위해서 사출노즐(10b)의 위치를 조정하는 조정기구(40)가 있고, 전기한 기대(14)의 한쪽 끝에는, 기대(14)의 위치를 조정하고 고정시키는 위치결정스토퍼(21)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 사출프레스 복합성형기의 노즐접촉기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 스탠드(9)의 상부의 조정기구(40)는, 브래킷(42)과, 사출노즐의 위치를 수직방향과 수평방향으로 조정하는 복수개의 볼트(41a),(41b),(41c)로 구성되어 있으며, 스탠드(9)의 하부는 전기한 받침대(4)의 한쪽 끝에서 고정핀(9a)으로 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 사출프레스 복합성형기의 노즐접촉기구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 복수개의 볼트(41a),(41b),(41c)와, 이들 볼트(41a),(41b),(41c)의 선단과 접촉하는 사출노즐(10b)의 접촉면과의 사이에 단열재를 개재시켜서 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출프레스 복합성형기의 노즐접촉기구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 위치결정스터퍼(21)는, 브래킷(22b)과, 기대(14)의 한쪽 끝에서 기대(14)와 마주보는 상태로 설치되어 있으며, 기대(14)의 수평방향의 위치를 결정하는 볼트(22a)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 사출프레스 복합성형기의 노즐접촉기구.
