Claims (5)

  1. 데이타가 피트에 의해서 뿐만 아니라 자기 광학 층에도 기억되어 있는 기록 매체를 위한 자기 광학 기록 및/또는 재생 장치에 있어서, 파장이 피트의 깊이의 약 4배되는 제1레이저가 피트를 주사하는데 이용되며, 파장이 피트의 깊이의 약 2배되는 제2레이저가 자기 광학 층에 기억된 데이타를 읽는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 기록 및/또는 재생 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2레이저(10)가 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 기록 및/또는 재생 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2레이저(10)로부터 발사된 광은 기록 매체로 부터 2부분 광 검출기(13)로 반사되며 2부분과 검출기(13)의 2개의 출력신호(13a, 13b)의 차로부터 푸시풀 신호(PS)가 발생되며, 이 푸시풀 신호로부터 조절 가능한 레이저(10)를 위한 조절 신호가 발생됨으로써 제2레이저(10)가 자동적으로 정확한 파장에 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 기록 및/또는 재생 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 푸시풀 신호(PS)의 위상 위치는 제1레이저(1)로 부터 발생된 트랙 에러 신호(TE)의 위상 위치와 비교되며, 제2레이저(10)의 파장(λ2)를 조절하기 위한 조절신호는 상기 위상 비교로부터 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 기록 및/또는 재생장치.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 2부분 광 검출기(13)의 출력은 제1차동 증폭기(22)의 입력들과 연결되어 있고, 이 차동 증폭기의 출력은 곱셈기(18)의 한 입력과 연결되며, 공지의 방법으로 2개의 광 검출기(E, F)와 제2차동 증폭기(23)를 이용하여 발생된트랙 에러 신호(TE)가 곱셈기(18)의 다른 입력에 인가되고, 곱셈기(18)의 출력은 저역 필터(19)를 경유하여 서보 증폭기(20)의 입력과 연결되며, 이 서보 증폭기의 출력은 조절 가능한 레이저(10)의 조절 입력과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 기록 및/또는 재생장치.
