Claims (3)
- 차량의 후부에 전후 방향으로 자유로이 움직이게 마련한 스쿠리드의 경사를 바꿈으로써, 상기스쿠리드로 고르게 깔리는 포장의 두께를 제어하는 포장 기계에 있어서의 포장 두께 제어방법에 있어서, 상기 포장 기계상에 한쌍의 높이센서를 주행 방향으로 소정 거리를 띄어, 상기 스쿠리드와 일치하여 움직이도록 배치하고, 상기 포장 기계가 높이센서의 이격 거리를 주행할 때마다 상기 한쌍의 높이센서에 의하여 미포장면의 높이를 측정하고, 측정한 값에서 기포장면의 포장 두께를 산출하는 한편, 상기 스크리드의 전방에 배치한 높이센서의 출력신호에 의거 미포장면의 요철을 검지하고, 상기 요철을 상쇄하도록 상기 산출한 포장 두께와 미리 설정된 목표포장 두께를 피드백하면서, 상기 스쿠리드를 제어함을 특징으로 하는 포장 기계에 있어서의 포장두께 제어방법.
- 차량의 후부에 전후 방향으로 자유로이 움직이게 마련한 스쿠리드의 경사를 바꿈으로써 상기스쿠리드로 고르게 깔리는 포장의 두께를 제어하는 포장 기계에 있어서의 포장 두께 제어방법에 있어서, 기포장면을 주행방향의 소정 거리마다 높이를 측정하고, 상기 측정값에서 포장 두께 기준 직선을 작성하는 한편, 미포장면의 높이를 측정하고, 그것에 따라 스쿠리드에서 주행 방향의 소정 거리 전방의 목표 지점에서 목표로하는 포장두께의 위치를 작성하고 상기 목표 지점에서 포장 두께 기준 직선상의 위치와 비교하여 그 차이를 없애도록 상기 스쿠리드를 제어함을 특징으로 하는 포장 기계에 있어서의 포장 두께 제어방법.
- 주행 차량에 아스팔트 합재를 넣는 호퍼와, 상기 호퍼내의 아스팔트 합재를 이송하는 피더와, 상기 피더로 이송되어 온 아스팔트 합재를 좌우로 펴는 스쿠루우와 상기 수쿠루우로 펴진 아스팔트 합재를 고르게 까는 스쿠리드들이 마련되어, 운전 조건을 제어 장치에 미리 설정하여 그 운전 조건에 따라 아스팔트 합재를 고르게 까는 포장 기계에 있어서, 상기의 운전 조건을 IC카드등의 기록 매체로 제어장치에 설정함을 특징으로 하는 포장 기계에 있어서의 자동 제어의 조건 설정방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
