Claims (8)

  1. 노즐(6)아래에 수용단부(수거영역(3,23))가 배치되는 이송기 홈통(2)과 이송기 홈통(2)다음에 배치되는 입상 제조기(12)를 구비하여, 용융상태로 노즐(6)에서 나오는 스트랜드(7), 특히 플라스틱 재료로 된 스트랜드를 냉각하고 입상처리하는 장치에 있어서, 이송기 홈통(2)은 그 전체길이(수거영역(3,23)) 및 수송영역(4)에 걸쳐서 길이방향으로 그루브가 형성된 다공판(16) 또는 스트린 재료로 구성됨으로써 단지 하나의 스트랜드(7)만이 각각의 그루브(8)내로 안내되고 스트랜드(7)는 상기 이송기 홈통을 통과하는 유동가스(18,28)에 의해 이송기 홈통(2)을 따라 안내되며, 스트랜드(7)를 수거하기 전에 이송기 홈통(2)을 따라 안내되며, 스트랜드(7)를 수거하기 전에 이송기 홈통(2)을 따라 안내되며, 스트랜드(7)를 수거하기 전에 이송기 홈통(2)의 상단부에 길이방향으로 유동하는 가스(32)가 그르브(8)내에 불어넣어짐을 특징으로 하는 용융 스트랜드 냉각 및 입상처리 장치.

  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 그루브(30) 내에서 스트랜드(7)를 안내하고 수거하는 유동가스(32)를 발생시키는 가스 노즐(29)은 수거영역(23)을 향함을 특징으로 하는 용융 스탠랜드 냉각 및 입상처리 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상호 이웃하는 다수의 가스공급관(9,10,11)은 이송기 홈통(2)아래에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 용융 스탠랜드 냉각 및 입상처리 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공판(26)내의 개구부(27)는 스트랜드(7)가 이동하는 방향으로 경사짐을 특징으로 하는 용융 스탠랜드 냉각 및 입상처리 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이송기 홈통(2)의 각도는 수평선에 대해 조절가능함을 특징으로 하는 용융 스탠랜드 냉각 및 입상처리 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수거영역(3)은 후속하는 수송영역(4)에 대해 선회가능하거나 분리가능하게 이동함을 특징으로 하는 용융 스탠랜드 냉각 및 입상처리 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수송영역(4)에는 스트랜드(7)용 스러스트 성분을 발생시키기 위한 진동기(31)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 용융 스탠랜드 냉각 및 입상처리 장치.
