Claims (11)

100중량부당, 알킬기에 1 내지 10탄소원자가 있는 하나 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트 도는 메타크릴레이트 또는 아릴기에 6 내지 10탄소원자가 있는 아릴 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 약 20 내지 95부, -하나 이상의 하기 일반식의 아민화 메타크릴레이트 약 5 내지 50부:
(여기서, n은 1 내지 20사이의 정수이고, R1은 1 내지 10탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이다).
-하나 이상의 불소화 알킬(메타) 아크릴레이트 약 0내지 65부 및-아크릴 산 5부 이하를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 공중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 100중량부당 하나 이상의 교차 결합 단량체 3부까지를 부가적으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불소화 알킬 메타크릴레이트가 하기식 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 공중합체:
(상기식에서 R1은 메틸 라디칼이고, R2및 R3은 동일하거나 상이하며, H, CH3, CH2, -CH3및 CF3에서 선택되며; A는 CF2및 CFH에서 선택되고; n은 1 내지 19사이이며; m은 0 내지 n이다).
제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성분산액을 존재함을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
제4항에 있어서, 분산액의 입자크기가 0.05 내지 0.5㎛사이임을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 20℃에서 분산액의 브룩필드 점도가 30 내지 300mPa.s사이임을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
수성 유탁액 중에서 단량체를 중합시키는 것으로 이루어지는 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 따르는 공중합체의 제조방법에 있어서, 중합될 단량체 혼합물이 100중량부당, -알킬기에 1 내지 10탄소원자가 있는 하나 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 또는 아릴기에 6 내지 10탄소원자가 있는 아릴 아크릴레이트 또는 메타아크릴레이트 약 20 내지 95부, -하나 이상의 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 아민화 메타크릴레이트 약 5 내지 50부,
(여기서, n은 1 내지 20사이의 정수이며, R1은 1 내지 20탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이다).
-하나 이상의 불소화 알킬(메타) 아크릴 레이트 약 0 내지 65부, -아크릴 산 5부 이하 및 -하나 이상의 교차 결합 단량체 0내지 3부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제7항에 있어서, 중합을 55℃ 내지 99℃온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 중합을 2 내지 8시간에 걸쳐 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
기질이 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 따른 공중합체의 수성분산액을 포함하는 제제로 코팅됨을 특징으로 하는 기질의 코팅 방법.
제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 공중 합체의 수성분산액의 특히 건축산업용의 얼룩 방지 코팅제로서의 용도.
