Claims (2)

  1. 차량 주행용의 유압 모터와 그 유압 모터의 제1 및 제2포오트에 각각 접속되며, 유압 공급원으로부터의 압유를 유압 모터로 인도하는 제1 및 제2주회로와, 상기 유압 모터의 구동축을 제동할 수 있게 설치된 주자 브레이크를 작동/비작동하기 위한 주차 브레이크용 작동기이며, 수압실에 압유가 공급되면 상기 주차 브레이크를 비작동 상태로 하고, 한편, 수압실로부터 압유가 배출되면, 주차 브레이크를 작동 상태로 하는 주차 브레이크용 작동기와, 상기 제1 및 제2주회로중의 고압측으로된 그 어느 한쪽의 주회로의 압유를 상기 작동기로 돌리도록 제1및 제2주회로간에 설치되는 카운터 밸런스 밸브와 그리고 그 카운터 밸런스 밸브의 출구 포오트와 상기 작동기의 수압실과를 접속하도록 배설된 관로를 가지는 유압 구동 차량의 주차 브레이크 회로에 있어서 상기 작동기의 수압실로부터 상기 카운터 밸런스 밸브를 향하는 압유의 흐름을 규제하는 슬로우 리턴 밸브가 상기 관로중에 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 차량의 주차 브레이크 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬로우 리턴 밸브가 저압축 회로로의 압유의 흐름을 저지하는 역지 밸브와, 그리고 가변 죔부착 바이패스 회로로 이루는 것을 특징으로하는 유압 구동 차량의 주차 브레이크 회로.
