Description

에이비에스(ABS)시스템을 기초로 한"펌프-백"을 이용한 트랙션 시스템
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명에 따라서 될 미끄럼 제어시스템의 수력학 구성도이며, 제 2 도는 본 발명에 사용되는 2개 작동상태 펌프의 축단면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 휠 미끄럼 제어시스템에 있어서, 회전의 기능으로서 신호발생용 차량 휠에 작등적으로 연결된 속도감지부재, 휠 미끄럼에 반응하여 제어신호발생용 휠의 회전운동에 응답하는 제어부재, 상기 휠에 브레이킹력을 적용하기 위한 적어도 하나의 휠 브레이크 실린더 및 마스터 실린더(12)를 포함한 부재, 및 상기 제어신호에 대하여 상기 휠에 브레이킹력 적용을 자동으로 조절하기 위한 브레이크압력조절부재(32,38,39,48,49,56,60.62,64.70)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 조절부재는 제1소오스(56)로부터 브레이크 유체를 핌프작용하는 제 1상태에서 작동되는 및 제 2소오스(22)로 부터 유체를 끌어들여 펌프작용하는 제 2상태에서 작동되는 핌프부재(60)를 포함하고 있으며, 제 1밸브부재(32)는 상기 휠 실린더(42,54)로 부터 상기 마스터 실릴더(12)로 교통을 막기 위하여 트렉션제어신호에 응답하여 작동되며 상기 트랙션 제언신호가 없을 때 그들 사이에 교통을 제공하며, 제 2밸브부재(70)는 상기 트렉션제어신호에 응답하여 상기 제 2소오스(23)를 상기 펌프부재를 연결하기 위하여 있으며 상기 트릭션 제어신호가 없을때 그들사이에 교통을 막는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 미끄럼 제어 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펌프부재는 피스톤 챔버 및 상기 챔버에 수용된 피스톤을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 피스톤은 상기 피스톤챔버를 유체의 상기 제 2소오스에 연결하는 압력응답 밸브부재를 포함하고 있는 것을 특정으로 하는 휠 미끄럼 제어시스템.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 펌프부재(60)는 상기 피스톤챔버를 상기 제 2 밸브부재(70)에 연결하기 위한 유체포오트부재(68)를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 피스톤챔버는 상기 제 2 밸브부재(70)은 작동에 응답하여 브레이킹 유도체의 상기 제 2 소오스틀 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 미끄럼 제어시스템.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압력응답 밸브부재는 상기 피스톤에 축 방향으로 배치된 챔버를 포함하고 있으며 상기 피스톤챔버와 교통하는 개구부끝을 갖추고 있으며, 유체포오트는 상기 피스톤의 모든 위치에서 가압된 브레이크 유체의 상기 소오스와 상기 챔버사이에 교통하며, 밸브요소 및 부재는 상기 챔버의 상기 개구부 끝을 폐쇄하는 위치에서 상기 밸브요소를 탄성적으로 유지하며, 상기 밸브요소는 상기 챔버에서 가압된 유체에 응답하여 상기 퍼스톤젬버로 상기 챔버를 개방하는 위치로 작동되며 가압된 유체가 없는 경우 닫히는 것을 특징으로 하는 횔 미끄럼 제어시스템.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유체포오트는 상기 피스톤이 행정의 바닥에 있을때 개방되고 상기 피스톤이 행정의 바닥으로부터 변위할 때 상기 피스톤에 의해서 폐쇄되는 상기 포오트가 있는 위치에서 상기 피스톤 챔버와 교통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 미끄럼 제어시스템.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 밸브부재(32)는 구동휠과 결합된 상기 차량의 휠 실린더(42)와 상기 마스터 실린더(12)의 압력챔버 사이에서 수력학적으로 연이어 연결된 보통 폐쇄된 2-웨이 솔레노이드 작동밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 미끄럼 제어시스템.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상가 제 2밸브부재(70)는 상기 마스터 실린더(12)의 저장소(22)와 상기 유체포오트(68)사이에서 수력학적으로 연이어연결된 보통 폐쇄된 2-웨이 솔레노이드 작동 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 미끄럼 제어시스템.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 마스터 실린더(12)는 2개의 수력학적으로 분리된 압력챔버(14,16)를 가지고 있으며, 상기 펌프(60)는 2개의 상기 피스톤, 2개의 상기 유체포오트, 및 2개의 상기 제 1 밸브부재를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 피스톤, 유체포오트, 제 1 밸브부재(32)의 각각의 하나는 상기 차량의 다른 횔의 다른 하나에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 미끄럼 제어시스템.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 피스톤, 제 1 밸브부재 및 유체포오트는 상기 차량의 각각의 구동휠에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 횔 미끄럼 제어시스템.
