제2도는 본 발명방법에 의해 처리된 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금의 피막부분의 확대 단면도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 상법에 의해 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금의 표면에 양극산화피막을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 공정에 의해 양극산화피막을 형성한 부재에, 소망의 금속의 황산염 용액 또는 질산염용액중에서 10 내지 30V의 교류압을 가하여 그의 금속의 양극산화피막중에 전해함침시키는 공정과, 로 부터 이루어지는 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면 처리방법.
  2. 상기 전해액의 조성을 금속염 10∼25g/ℓ, 붕산 25∼30g/ℓ, 황산 또는 질산 0.3∼0.5g/ℓ로 하는 청구항 1에 기재된 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면처리방법.
  3. 처리온도를 5∼20℃로 하는 청구항 1에 기재된 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면처리방법.
  4. 처리온도를 10∼15℃로 하는 청구항 3에 기재된 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면처리방법.
  5. 교류전압을 10 내지 30V로 하는 청구항 1에 기재된 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면처리방법.
  6. 상기 양극 산화피막을 형성하는 공정이 상법에 의한 알루마이트 형성공정인 청구항1에 기재된 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면 처리방법.
  7. 상기 양극 산화 피막을 형성하는 공정이 양극으로 중합하는 저중합 아크릴수지조성물을 함유한 전해액을 사용하여 저온으로 피가공체를 양극으로 하여 통전하고 아크릴 수지조성물과 중합한 양극 산화피막을 형성하는 공정인 청구항 1에 기재된 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면처리방법.
  8. 상기 금속의 황산염용액 또는 질산염용액이 은의 황산염용액 또는 질산염 용액인 청구항 1에 기재된 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면처리방법.
