제 3 도는 조립된 내측 내부 라이닝 구조물 상에서 유리 채널과 도어의 외부 패널의 장착을 도시한 확대도.

Claims (8)

  1. 금속부와 이 금속부상에 성형되고 경화 리브를 갖는 플라스틱부로 구성된 패널을 포함하는 차체의 문짝에 있어서, 금속부(1)와 플라스틱재료 성분부(2)는 패널(16)의 내부 구조 부품을 구성하고 외부패널(24)은 상기 내부 구조 부품(16)에 부착되며, 금속부(1)는 플라스틱(2)의 리브(6)가 성형된 내부를 향한 형의 형상을 가지며 상기 리브는 금속부(1)상에 제공된 고정점에 의해 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차체의 문짝.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 플라스틱부(2)는 금속부의 내부공간(4,5)을 폐쇄시키는 패널(7,8)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 문짝.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속부(1)는 긴 베이스에 인접한 직각을 대향 측부(3a)에 연결시키는 내부 레그(3)를 갖는 직사각형 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 문짝.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 금속부(1)는 긴 베이스를 따른 측부상에서 문짝의 힌지 소자를 구성하기 위해 플라스틱부(2)상에 형성된 2개의 플랜지(14)와 협력하도록 설치된 2개의 플랜지(15)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 문짝.
  5. 상술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속부(1)의 틀을 덥도록 설치된 열가소성 재료의 내부 라이닝(17)은 플라스틱부(2)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 문짝.
  6. 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후사경 지지체(11), 내부 보스 또는 장치 사이트(12), 창문 프레임이나 슬라이드의 부착점, 록 제어 기구의 통로를 위한 개구(13)와 같은 소자가 성형에 의해 플라스틱부(2)상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 문짝.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 플라스틱부(2)는 수용 박스를 성형하기 위해 내부 라이닝(17)의 패널(17a)내에 형성된 변형부(18)와 협력하는 단부(10)를 갖고 금속부(1)의 경사 레그(3a)하에 위치된 패널(9)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 문짝.
  8. 제 5 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 플라스틱부(2)내에서 개구(13)를 폐쇄시키는 슬롯(20)을 갖는 커버(19)와 핸들(21)은 성형중 내부 라이닝(17)상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 문짝.
