Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 도어 상단부에 취부되어 유리에 기밀하게 밀착되도록 하는 벨트라인몰딩의 취부구조에 관한 것으로서, 풀질육성이 용이하도록 하기 위해, 절곡되어 단턱이 형성되는 도어판넬(10)의 상단부에 벨트라인몰딩(20)이 고정되는 것에 있어서, 상기 도어판넬의 단턱부에 체결홈(40a)이 형성되는 스토퍼(40)가 취부되고, 상기 하부가 개구되는 벨트라인몰딩(20)의 외측면 내부에 걸림턱(20c)이 돌출되게 형성되어 상기 스토퍼의 체결홈에 걸림턱(20c)이 지지되도록 하여, 도어판넬(10)의 상부에 벨트라인몰딩(20)을 삽입시키면, 벨트라인몰딩(20)의 내측면부가 유리(30)와 벨트라인보강판(13) 사이에 기밀하게 삽입되어 날개(20b)들이 유리(30)에 밀착되고, 외측면부 내부의 걸림턱(20c)이 스토퍼(40)의 체결홈(40a)에 끼워져 지지되도록 자동차도어의 벨트라인몰딩 고정구조이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 절곡되어 단턱이 형성되는 도어판넬의 상단부에 벨트라인몰딩이 고정되는 것에 있어서, 상기 도어판넬의 단턱부에 체결홈이 형성되는 스토퍼가 취부되고, 상기 하부가 개구되는 벨트라인몰딩의 외측면 내부에 걸림턱이 돌출되게 형성되어 상기 스토퍼의 체결홈에 걸림턱이 착탈 가능하게 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어의 벨트라인몰딩 고정구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스토퍼는 외부면에 변위유도공간과 체결홈이 절개되고, 저면과 내측면이 평면으로 형성되어, 저면과 내측면이 각기 양면데이프에 의해 도어판넬의 상단부 및 단턱부 외부면에 취부됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어의 벨트라인몰딩 고정구조.
