Abstract

칸막이샤시상단부의 엔드캡과 샤시몰과의 간극발생을 방지한다.
칸막이샤시(5)의 상단부와 도어샤시(2)에 정착된 샤시몰(11)의 하연부(11ａ)와의 사이에 장착된 엔드 캡(20)을 칸막이샤시(5)의 상단면상에 고정한 베이스편(21)과, 베이스편(21)의 단부에 일체성형되어서 샤시를 하연부(11ａ)의 차외측의 측면도와 칸막이샤시 상단부의 차외측의 측면을 따라서 밀접한 립편(22)로 대략Ｔ자형 단면으로 형성한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 나타낸 제8도의 Ａ-Ａ선에 따른 단면도. 제2도는 동일 실시예의 사시도. 제4도는 동일실시예의 칸막이샤시가 차이측으로 편중된 경우의 단면도. 제8도는 본발명의 대상인 자동차용 도어의 차실내측으로 부터 본투시사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 칸막이패널의 고정과 도어원도우패널의 승강가이드를 행하는 칸막이샤시의 상단부를 도어샤시에 연결함과 함께, 이 칸막이샤시의 상단부와 도어샤시에 장착된 샤시물의 하연부와 의 사이에 탄성재로 이루어진 엔드캡을 장착하는 구조에 있어서, 상기 엔드캡을 베이스편과 이 베이스편의 단부에 일체 성형한 립편으로 대략Ｔ자형 단면으로 형성하고, 상기 베이스편을 상기 칸막이샤시의 상단면상에 재치고정하고, 상기 립편을 상기 샤시몰 하연부의 차외측의 측면과 상기 칸막이샤시 상단부의 차외측의 측면을 따라 밀접배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 도어 칸막이샤시의 엔드 캡 부착구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔드캡은 그 베이스편에 부착편을 일체로 구비하고, 이 부착편을 상기칸막이 샤시의 측면에 접착하여 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 도어칸막이 샤시의 엔드캡 부착구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 칸막이 샤시의 상단의 차외측의 가장 자리부를 상기샤시물의 최하가장 자리보다도 차실내측으로 편심되게 하여 배치하고, 이 차외측의 가장자리부와 샤시몰의 하단부와의 사이에 공극부(空隙部)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 도어칸막이 샤시의 엔드캡 부착구조.
