제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 나타내는 고정자 철판의 상면도,
제2도는 몰드후의 고정자 철심의 상면도,
제3도는 제2에 나타낸 고정자 철심의 A-A선 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 고정자와, 고정자의 회전자 삽입구멍(1)에 회전이 자재하게 수납되는 회전자로 되는 전동기에서, 상기 고정자는 삽입수지로 원통상으로 형성된 상기 회전자 삽입부겅(1)외주에 방사상으로 등간격으로 설치되는 복수의이빨(26-33)과, 그 이빨에 설치되는 고정자 권선(49A-49D), (50A-50D)과, 상기 이빨의 외주에 서로 이웃하는 이빨사이를 연결하는 환 형상의 요우크(51)를 구비하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 고정자.
  2. 고정자의 회전자 삽입구멍(1)측에 1개의 개구(10-17)를 향하여 등간격으로 복수 배치된 슬롯(2-9)을 구비하는 고정자 철심을 구성하고, 상기 고정자 철심의 양단면, 및 슬롯(2-9)의 내벽면을 합성수지로서 일체로 형성하여 절연부(34-40)를 구성함과 동시에 그 절연부(34-40)는 슬롯(2-9)의 개구(10-17)를 막아서 서로 이웃하는 슬롯(2-9)의 사이의 이빨(36-33)을 그 절연부(34-40)에 고정하고, 그 절연부(34-40)는 원통 형상의 회전자 삽입구멍(1)을 가지며, 상기 고정자의 외주측으로부터 상기 각각의 슬롯(2-9)에 통하는 잘라낸 부분(41-48)을 형성하고, 상기 잘라낸 부분(41-48)을 통하여, 상기 이빨(26-33)에 고정자 권선(49A-49D),(50A-50D)을 감은 후 원통상의 요우크(51)를 상기 고정자의 외주에 끼워서 상기 슬롯(2-9)의 잘라낸 부분(41-48)을 가로막는 순서로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 고정자의 제조 방법.
