제6도는 본 발명에 따른 광자기기록매체의 자화상태를 개략적으로 도시한 도면.

Claims (2)

  1. 제1유전체층과, 수직의 자기이방성을 갖는 메모리층과, 평면의 자기이방성 또는 약간 수직의 자기이방성을 갖는 중간층과 수직의 자기이방성을 갖는 기록층과, 제2유전체층과, 금속층과, 보호층이 차례로 적층형성된 광전송기파을 갖추고, 기록된 정보신호에 따라 제1 및 제2열조건으로서, 상기 메모리층의 큐리온도(Tc1)에 근사하거나 더 높고 상기 기록층에서의 자기모멘트를 반전시킬 전도로 높지 않은 온도(T1)로 가열함으로써 얻어지는 제1열조건과, 상기 큐리온도(Tc1)와 동일하거나 그 이상이고 상기 기록층에서의 자기모멘트를 반전시킬 정도로 충분히 높은 온도(T2)로 가열함으로써 얻어지는 제2열조건을 변조하는 단계와, 상기 각 열조건으로부터 냉각시키는 단계로 이루어지는 공정에 의해 정보신호를 기록하도록 자화되는 광자기기록매체로서, 상기 메모리층과, 상기 중간층과, 상기 기록층으로 구성되는 적층막의 전체두께는 1000∼l500Å이고, 상기 제2유전체층의 두께는 500∼1500Å이고, 상기 금속층의 두께는 250∼1500Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기기록매체.
  2. 최소한 메모리층과 기록층이 상호 적층되어 자기적으로 결합된 광자기기록매체에 대한 광자기기록처리에 사용하고, 기록될 정보신호에 따라 제1 및 제2열조건으로서, 상기 메모리층의 큐리온도(Tc1)에 근사하거나 더 높고 상기 기록층에서의 자기모멘트를 반전시킬 정도로 높지 않은 온도(T1)로 가열함으로써 얻어지는 제1열조건과, 상기 큐리온도(Tc1)와 동일하거나 그 이상이고 상기 기록층에서의 자기모멘트를 반전시킬 정도로 충분히 높은 온도(T2)로 가열함으로써 얻어지는 제2열조건을 변조하는 단계와, 상기 각 열조건으로부터 냉각시키는 단계로 이루어지는 공정에 이해 상기 기록매체에 자화의 형태로 기록을 행하는 광자기기록매체로서, 상기 광자기기록매체의 상기 메모리층의 두께는 20∼70nm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기기록매체.
