압축물성이 우수한 피치계 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법

Claims (9)

  1. 이환이상의 다환 방향족 화합물과 수소공여성 화함물의 몰비가 0.1∼10인 혼합물을 루이스산 촉매존재하 50~40℃에서 중합시키고 촉매를 제거한후 중합물을 상압 또는 감압하에서 열처리하여 5∼60㎛의 이방성구체를 5~40%함유하고 전 지방족 수소량이 25~50%로서 β이후의 지방족 수소량이 5-25%, 전방향족탄소량 중 배향탄소량이 30%이하의 방사용 피치를 얻고, 이 방사용 피치를 방사하여 얻어진 피치 섬유를 불융화처리 및 탄화처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 다환 방향족 화합물이 2~4개의 방향족 고리를 갖는 청구범위 1의 방법.
  3. 다환 방향족고리의 방향족고리가 용융 벤젠노이드로기인 청구범위 2의 방법.
  4. 다환 방향족 화합물이 나프탈렌, 안트라센, 페난트렌, 피렌 또는 그들에 C1-3알킬이 치환된 생성물인 청구범위 3의 방법.
  5. 수소공여성화합물이 디히드로 또는 테트라히드로 다환 방향족 화합물인 청구범위 1의 방법.
  6. 수소공여성화합물이 테트라린, 디히드로안트라센, 디히드로페난트렌, 또는 테트라히드로피렌인 청구범위5의 방법.
  7. 루이스산이 양성자가 없는 형태의 종래의 루이스산인 청구범위 1의 방법.
  8. 루이스산이 AlCl3, AlBr3, BF3또는 BF3의 에테르착체인 청구범위 7의 방법.
  9. 중합온도가 80-350℃인 청구범위 1의 방법.
