Claims (4)
- 방전판(1)위로 동요없이 흐르고 방전판(1)위에 누적되는 플라스틱 스트랜드(7)를 표시하는 장치를 구비하여 노즐(6)에서 나오는 플라스틱 스트랜드(7)를 냉각수가 흐르는 방전판(1)상으로 수거하고 수송하는 장치에 있어서, 정해진 온도를 초과할 경우 한계치 스위치 (15)에 의해 신호를 트리거하는 적어도 하나의 온도종속 전기저항기(측정 저항기8)가 플라스틱 스트랜드(7)의 충격 영역의 방전판(10) 하부에서 냉각수 자유영역(1)에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스트랜드의 무동요통과 표시수단을 갖춘 용융 플라스틱 스트랜드 수저장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 측정 저항기(8)외에도 온도 종속 저항기가 보상 저항기(9)로서 플라스틱 스트랜드(7)가 외부로 가격되는 영역에서 방전판(1)에 부착됨으로써 측정 저항기(8)와 보상 저항기(9)가 브리지회로(8, 9, 17, 18, 19)에 포함되고, 브리지 아암(19)은 한계치 스위치(15)로 구성되어 측정 저항기(8)와 보상저항기(9)간의 온도차를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스트랜드의 무동요통과 표시수단을 갖춘 용융 플라스틱 스트랜드 수거장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 필터(20), 특히 저항-용량(RC) 요소(21, 22)가 필터(20)로부터 전달된 급속한 전압변화로 한계치 스위치(15)의 반응을 제한하는 한계치 스위치(15)에 우선하여 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스트랜드의 무동요통과 표시수단을 갖춘 용융 플라스틱 스트랜드 수거장치.
- 제1항 또든 제3항에 있어서, 다수의 측정 저항기(8a-8e)및 선택적으로 보상 저항(9a-9e)가 방전판(1)의 폭에 걸쳐 일렬로 연결됨을 특징으로 자는 플라스틱 스트랜드의 무동요통과 표시 수단을 갖춘 용융 플라스틱 스트랜드 수거장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
