Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure a blood flow rate in a state near to a continuous monitor and to reduce a measuring error due to the irregularity of the injection speed of an injection liquid, by digitalizing the temp. measured value of the injection liquid and the measured value of the temp. of blood due to the temp. measuring element in a catheter before processing and displaying or recording the calculated blood amount. CONSTITUTION:An injection liquid 7 cooled to predetermined temp. enters a quantitative constant speed injection apparatus 45 to be guided to a catheter 2 and injected in the body from a cooling water injection orifice 14 provided to a predetermined region through a cooling water supply lumen 17. The temp. measured value of the injection liquid due to a thermistor 49 and the temp. measured value of blood due to a thermistor 8 are together taken out by thermistor conductors 50, 51. At this time, a bridge circuit converting the change of electric resistance to a current, a signal amplifying circuit and an automatic zero control circuit compensating a drift with the elaspe of time are provided and the signals from the thermistors 49, 8 are digitalized by an A/D converter 32 to be processed by a CPU 35. Signals showing a blood amount, the temp. of the injection liquid and an injection amount are inputted to a display apparatus 36 from the CPU 35 to automatically perform predetermined display.
