Claims (8)
- (a)처리할 기체를 수용할 유입구, 압축된 기체를 배출시킬 유출구, 및 상기 기체의 임의의 응축된 부분을 방출시키는 유출구를 포함하는 압축기; (b)상기 압축기에 의해 배출되는 상기 압축 기체를 수용하고 상기 압축기체를 하기의 막 탈습기로 배출시키는 배합 조절기 밸브(BPR); (c)상기 BPR밸브에 의해 배출된 압축 기체를 수용하는 유입구, 거의 무수상태의 비침투성 기체 생성물을 배출시키는 생성물 유출구, 및 이로부터 침투성 기체를 방출시키는 침투성, 유출구를 가진 막 탈습기; 및 (d)상기 탈습기로부터 기체 시스템으로 상기 비침투성 기체 생성물의 배출을 조절하는 체크 밸브를 포함하는 간헐적으로 탈수된 기체를 공급하기에 적합한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 BPR밸브 및 상기 체크 밸브의 개폐를 조절하는 조절 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 막 기체 분리기가 원료 기체 유입구, 침투성 기체 유출구 및 비침투성 기체 생성물 유출구를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브가 배압 조절기 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- (a)수분 함유 원료 기체를 소정의 압력하에서 압축시키고; (b)상기 기체를 가압하에의 응축물로서 응축할 수 있는 수분을 제거하기에 충분히 낮은 온도로 냉각시키고; (c)상기 원료기체를 적어도 상기 소정의 압력과 동일한 압력을 유지하면서, 침투성 유출구와 비침투성 건조 기체 생성을 유출구를 가진 막기체 분리수단으로 배출시키고; (d)상기 가입된 원료 기체를 상기 분리 수단으로 전달하면서 상기 분리수단의 압력이 소정의 압력에 도달할때까지 상기 모든 기체를 상기 침투성 유출구로 배출시키고; (c)얻어진 거의 무수상태의 기체를 건조기체 시스템으로 배출시키고; 그리고 (f)상기 단계가 중지되고 다시 시작할 때는 단계(a)에서 (e)를 반복하는 것을 포함하는 간헐적으로 사용하기에 적합한 기체 탈수 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원료 기체의 소정의 압력이 적어도 50psig인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 거의 무수상태의 기체는 약 0.3부피%보다 더 적은 수분함량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
