Claims (1)
- 2상 구동방식의 수평시프트레지스터로 이루어지는 출력부를 가지고, 이 수평시프트레지스터에 대향하여 스미어드레인영역이 설정된 고체촬상소자에 있어서, 상기 수평시프트레지스터의 제1상 구동펄스가 인가되는 전송부에 대응하여 상기 스미어드레인영역이 설정되고, 제2상 구동펄스가 인가되는 전송부에 대응하여 채널스톱영역이 설정되어 이루어지는 고체촬상소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
