Claims (3)
- 3개의 압출기(22, 24, 26)에서 각각 주재료수지, 부재료수지 및 접착제를 밀어내어, 대응하는 어큐뮬레이터(32, 28, 30a, 30b)에 재료등으로 축적하고, 실린더(2)내에 동심형상으로 형성된 5개의 환상유로(2f, 6a, 6b, 6c, 2e)중의 최외층 환상유로(2f) 및 최내층 환상유로(2e)에 주재료용 어큐뮬레이터(32)로 부터 주재료수지를 공급하고, 중간의 중간층판상유로(6b)에 부재료용 어큐뮬레이터(28)로 부터 부재료수지를 공급하고, 나머지의 접착 외층 환상유로(6a) 및 접착내층 환상유로(6c)에 접착제용 어큐뮬레이터(30a 및 30b)로 부터 접착제를 공급하며, 환상출구(6d)에서 서로 겹치고 합쳐져서 다층파라손으로써 밀어내는 다층파라손 압축제어방법에 있어서, 각 어큐뮬레이터(32, 28, 30a, 30b)에 주재료수지, 부재료수지 및 접착제를 축적하는 축적동작중에 부재료용 어큐뮬레이터(28) 및 접착제용 어큐뮬레이터(30a, 30b)와 각 환상유로(6a, 6b, 6c)와를 접속하는 각 유로(8a, 8b, 8c)를 차단하고, 각 어큐뮬레이터(32, 28, 30a, 30b)의 압출개시시에는, 상기 각 유로(8a, 8b, 8c)를 열자마자 상기 환상출구(6d)에서 동시에 주재료수지, 부재료수지 및 접착제가 밀려나오듯이 미리정한 순서 및 타이밍으로 압출동작을 개기시키고, 각 어큐뮬레이터(32, 28, 30a, 30b)의 압출중에는, 상기 환상출구(6d)에 있어서 각 층간의 압력차가 소정치 이하가 되도록 각 환상유로(2f, 6a, 6b, 6c, 2e)의 압출압력을 조정하며, 각 어큐뮬레이터(32, 28, 30a, 30b)의압출종료시에는, 주재료수지, 부재료수지 및 접착제의 압출종료의 타이밍이 일치하도록, 주재료수지의 압출 종료타이밍, 부재료수지 및 접착제의 각 유로(8a, 8b, 8c)를 차단하는 각 타이밍을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층파라손의 압출제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재료유로의 개폐단계는 상기 유로에 구비된 밸브의 닫힘단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층파라손의 압출제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재료 및 중간층 유로 개시의 순서 및 타이밍은 제어장치(16)에 기억되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층파라손의 압출제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
