Claims (3)
- 각각 비정질시트가 권취된 복수의 릴(reel)로부터 비정질시트를 회수하고, 상기 복수의 비정질시트를 상호 밀착시켜서 이를 소정의 길이로 절단하고, 소정의 수의 상기 절단된 비정질시트를 적소에 저장하여, 이 저장된 비정질시트를 장방형 성형심봉에 공급하고 소정의 수의 상기 비정질시트를 상기 성형심봉의 장방형 외형에 따라 장방형으로 성형하여, 장방형 자기코어를 제조하고, 상기 장방형 자기코어를 어닐링하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 자기코어의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 수의 상기 비정질시트는 대략 그 중앙부분이 상기 코어의 상면에 밀착고정되고, 그 양단이 자유로운 상태하에서 상기 성형심봉의 외형에 따라 장방형으로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 자기코어의 제조방법.
- 주위에 비정질시트가 권취된 복수의 릴을 포함하고, 이 각릴로부터 상기 비정질시트를 회수하기 위한 언코일러수단과, 상기 언코일러수단으로부터 공급되는 상기 복수의 비정질시트를 상호 밀착시켜서 이를 소정의 길이로 절단하는 컷터수단과, 소정의 수의 상기 절단된 비정질시트를 저장하여, 이 저장된 비정질시트를 장방형 성형심봉에 공급하는 공급수단과, 소정의 수의 상기 비정질시트를 상기 성형심봉의 외형에 따라 장방형으로 직접 성형하여, 장방형 자기코어를 제조하는 장방형 성형수단과, 상기 장방형 지기코어를 어닐링하는 수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 자기코어의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
