Claims (4)
- 연속적으로 연장된 많은 필라멘트를 제공하고 서로 일정한 간격으로 가까운 위치에 평행하게 있음으로서 필라멘트의 밴드를 형성하며 필라멘트에 의해 점착력이 주어지고 이것을 필라멘트밴드에 처리하며 밴드가 워권취아이를 통과하여 제품의 모양을 갖춘 맨드렐 둘레에 필라멘트를 권취하는 단계를 포함하는 필라멘트 권취방법에 있어서, 권취아이(110)에 대해 고정된 가이드(135)를 통하여 밴드를 당기며 다음에 밴드가 가이드를 지나가고, 상기 가이드(135)는 권취아이(110)가 비대칭의 맨드렐모양에 관계없이 밴드의 폭을 일정하게 유지하기 위해 밴드에 균일한 각도변위를 주게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트밴드를 권취하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가이드는 서로 틈새부분을 가지고 있는 한쌍의 바(140)(145)를 갖추고 있으며 그 사이에서 밴드가 당겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 밴드를 권취하는 방법.
- 여러개의 필라멘트를 밴드로 형성하는 장치(20)와 폼에 대해 밴드의 적당한 방향성을 유지시키는 권취아이(110) 그리고 권취아이(110)로 필라멘트밴드를 인도하는 첫번째 장치(30)를 갖추고 제1항의 공정을 수행하여 품에 많은 필라멘트를 권취함으로서 제품을 만드는 장치에 있어서 권취아이(110)와 폼사이에 위치하며 권취아이(110)에서부터 밴드를 인도하기 위해 권취아이(110)에 대해 고정된 두번째 장치를 갖추고 있으며, 이 장치에 의해 밴드가 폼에 감겨질때 권취아이(110)로부터 밴드의 인도각이 균일하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트밴드를 권취하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 두번째 가이드장치(135)는 그 사이에 필라멘트 밴드가 들어가는 틈새부분이 있는 한쌍의 바(140)(145)를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 밴드를 권취하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
