Claims (4)
- 복수개의 코일부가 소정제품피치에 의해서 배치된 코일선을 전개상태로 형성한 후, 이 코일선을 따라서 그 위에서 보빈을 전동(轉動)시켜서 상기 코일선을 보빈의 옆둘레부분에 감게하므로서, 코일부품을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일부품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코일선의 감겨진 보빈을 클램프해서 옮겨놓을때, 이재수단의 클램프척에 의해서 코일선의 이완부분을 보빈의 둘레홈내에서 밀어넣으므로 상기 이완부분을 정형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일부품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코일선의 양단말부에 보빈의 단자와 동일 직경이상의 루우프부를 각각 형성하고, 코일선을 보빈에 감겨진 및 이후에 각 루우프부에 각각의 단자를 삽입해서 상기 루우프부를 감아죄므로서, 코일선의 양단말부를 보빈의 단자에 각각 임시고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일부품의 제조방법
- 코일선의 코일부가 선이감겨형성되기 위한 복수개의 코일형성부와, 이들 코일형성부의 각각에 코일용선재를 감아서 코일부의 형성작업을 행하는 권선수단을 가지고, 서로 인접하는 상기 코일형성부간의 피치를 상기 권선수단에 의한 선감는 작업이 가능한 선감는 작업피치와 소정제품피치로 전환가능하게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 코일선형성장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
