제1도는 본원 발명의 회전전기의 전기자 코어 형성방법에 사용하는 띠형상 금속판을 부분적으로 나타내는 평면도, 제2도는 이 띠형상 금속판을 심봉에 의해서 원판으로 형성하는 상태를 나타내는 부분적인 평면도,
제3도는 띠 형성 금속판을 절곡해서 얻어진 원판을 나타내는 평면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 길이방향에 따른 양측부에 각각 다수의 걸어맞춤용 홈과 전기자 코일 권취용 홈을 형성한 띠형상 금속판을 심봉에 감아서 원판형상으로 형성된 코어시트를 축방향으로 다수 적층하여 이루어지는 전기자 코어의 형성방법에 있어서, 상기 심봉의 주위부에 설치된 다수의 돌기에 상기 각 걸어맞춤용 홈을 걸어맞추면서 이심봉에 상기 띠형상 금속판을 감아서 원판으로 형성한 다음, 이 원판의 내주연에 나타나는 상기 걸어맞춤용 홈을 변형시켜서 이 홈의 개구부를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기(回轉電機)의 전기자 코어 형성방법.
