Abstract
PURPOSE:To attempt the elevation of insulating property and to elevate the efficiency of assembling work of the rotor of a step motor by a method wherein insulating plates are made to contact with the both end faces of the cores, and after the plates are holded with the end parts of insulating papers being inserted in the slots, coils are wound directly in the slots. CONSTITUTION:The insulating papers 5 are inserted in the slots of the core 1 extending the both end parts of the insulating papers 5 to come out of the slots. Then the insulating plates 6 are made to contact with the both end faces of the cores 1, and the plates are holded with the both end extending parts of the insulating papers 5. After then, the wires are wound around directly in the slots to form the coils 2. By this way, the insulating property and the space factor in the slots can be elevated, and the efficiency of work can be elevated by the direct winding of the coils 2.
