Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the insertion of a winding into a stator core easy as well as to make the period of the assembling processes short by providing ribs at the inner circumference of a stator frame and at the outer periphery of a stator core, respectively, shrinkage-fitting the stator-core ribs to the rotor-frame ribs, and forming into a unitary body. CONSTITUTION:Ribs 22 are arranged with an equal distance provided at the inner circumference of outer plates 21a which constitute a stator frame 21, and at an intermediate plate 21b. While, a semicircular slots 24b are provided at the top of the outer periphery of a stator core 24 comprising a laminated body, and studs 25 are inserted. Rectangular ribs 26 are provided and fixed at the outside of the studs 25. Then, stator windings 28 are inserted into the slots 24b in the stator core, and insulating varnish is impregnated. Thereafter, the stator-core ribs 26 are shrinkage-fitted to the stator-frame ribs 22, and the stator core 24 and the stator frame 21 are incorporated into a unitary body. In this constitution, since the windings are inserted with the stator core being a single-body state, the insertion can be readily performed, and the assembling work can be performed at the same time, thereby the assembling time can be shortened.
