Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the field device of the electric rotary machine providing with regular poles being able to be wound directly although the number of poles becomes large and with image poles by a method wherein fixing parts are provided in the separable image poles and the field windings of the adjacent field cores are fixed to them placing spacers between them. CONSTITUTION:The yoke 3 and the field core 1 of the regular pole 7 are formed integrating in one body. On the other hand, the field core 1 of the image pole 8 is formed separable from the yoke 3. The separating face of the yoke 3 from the field core 1 of the image pole 8 is provided nearer to the center axis than the center axial side end face of the field winding of the regular pole. By this way, although the number of poles becomes large, because no obstacle exists in the winding breadth of the wire in the state that the field core of the image pole is not equipped to the yoke, so that the wire can be wound directly around the field core of the regular pole being insulated 9 from the earth.
