CONSTITUTION:After forming an electric conductive layer by winding a conductive tetrafluoroethylene tape 7 on outside circumference of an insulation layer 8 provided on a conductor 3, said winding is inserted in a slot of a coil. As it becomes possible, by doing so, to allow the winding and the core to separate from each other without applying a parting agent between them, it is possible to prevent them from deterioration by heat cycle.
